Ripped Me off
So as many of you have been ripped off, I have also. I ordered Acai Berry on-line for the free trial (only paying $0.99 for shipping). I received the two products and an additional bottle, which they charged my credit card $49.95. I was fortunate enough to cancel my order with no problems, but I am unfortunate in getting my money back. This has been going on for 2 months now. I call everyday letting them know that I am not going to forget about this. Every time I call I get a different person with a different excuse as to where my money is. One man (Dan) told me I should have my money by Friday (I called on Monday) so Friday came and still no money, I called again and got a new excuse. What I have learned they have to say is that I will send it to upper management and they will have to review it, what is there to review just give me my money back. Also, every time I call they say that they re-deposited my money on December 10th, but there was a problem and the money didn't go through (that is my fault why) I also received and email saying that I was refunded, well still no money. I have been very irate to whom ever answers the phone because I am fed up. I told them I don't care how they get me my money just get me my money, whether you try again to re-deposit it or send me a check. I had no problems sending them back the product that I didn't ask for and I also had no problem faxing them the proof from the post office that I have sent it back. I have asked several times to speak with upper management to get this problem resolved and stop going through a second or third party, but of course and we will all not be surprised by this, upper management doesn't speak to customers...shocker. Something needs to be done about this and I am not sure what or how to go about doing it. I think if we some how all bond together we can start a class action lawsuit against them. If you would like to discuss this further please send another complaint and title it Class Action - Acai Berry. I am sorry that this has happened to me and all of you.
