I ordered a free sample of Pure Acai Diet pill. I received the bottle with no paperwork except for a 4x5 piece of paper stating if you have any questions CALL US FIRST which I did. My complaint was could I take these pills because I have high blood pressure and the bottle stated a question if you had high blood pressure. I could hardly understand the woman however she did say not to take them. However, she didn't say return them and I didn't realize that I had 14 days to return them. I didn't see this in their add and didn't get any correspondence stating that in the package. They have now charged me $87.13 I did call and again I could hardly understand the operator. She said in so many words that I wouldn't get a refund of my money. However, I did throw out the product not knowing that I was going to be charged thinking it was just a free sample. I am going to notify the Attorney General and BBB inFlorida. This is outrageous.
