After calling these guys a number of times to stop billing me.They still did i had to contact my bank and cancel my card, the basards got me for hundreds of dollars and yet they are still opperational.

I had an email in my junk about (in my words) odd activity on my account, the first time I thought it was a scam and couldn't get into the site. Today I have recieved another reminder and this time it had dates, the last two dates to show to me that amount of about $89-$98 dollars was from a company in the US. I did order a trial but then with details sent it back, not concerned for the $14+ it cost for that occasion. I do not want this product and do not want almost one hundred buck just taken out of my account without my permission. I am now glad or that concerning email. I don't know about the other dates but plan to look into it further. I have been planning to close that account anyway so now it will be immediately.

I ordered my free trial for $2.95 s&h and called and cancled after first shipment. After I recived 3 more bottles and $87.13 was taken out of my account i called them. they said i never canceled my acount.I gave then the ladys name we talked to (sherry) and conversation # the said we never called to cancle they do not give out conversation #'s. We filed a complaint with BBB finaly after two weeks they responded back and said if we return them they money would be put back in my account in two weeks.They recived the pacage 10/21/09 i still do not have my money.Jan 5 i recived another bottle. Called them back and talked to six or seven different people. I g've had for 6ot cursed hung up on and told about anything you could think of. Come to find out they have been taking money out of my account for the last six months. They have made a total of $378.16 of unauthorized transactions out of my account. i had to close my bank account i have had for 6 years and start a new one. we are still in process of fighting to get our money back.Had to turn it over to bank and credit card company.

Signed up for 1 free months trial of acai burn and they automatically sent me the next bottle, sharged form my account without consulting me. I am no longer taking the product and do not want it anyway. They should have contact numbers for Australia instead of all US numbers. Postage says it comes from Milperra NSW. I want these transactions to cease immediately

I have Requested The AcaiBurn products to Be cancelled and they havn't heeded to my request.I demand that they give me a full refund and the money to be returned to my bank account immediantley.
