PLEASE READ IT ALL ! The complaint I have is the one of the fact the phones are tied up to talk to someone because all you people on here didnt read the terms and conditions of the website. Some of you said that you got charged for extra charges, well that is because on the page it states that you will be getting two bonuses and if you had read in the terms and conditions it would state that they were both on a 14 or 28 day trial period and then you would get charged for monthly fees at which you can close the account at anytime with those two bonuses. Then the fact of getting charged for the fees of a product right after you have ordered it. We all know that nothing is free in this world and like the site says, 14 free trial period, doesnt say free product nor does it say free sample. This product is a 14 day free trial to try out the product, and you will be charged a small fee for shipping and handling. Under the terms and conditions it says that you will be charged 59.99 for the product at the end of that 14 day period, which is a 30 day supply (60 capsules). Did you fail to also read that the product comes with a 60 day Guarantee, which means that you can return any portion of the product or even an empty bottle back to the company to receive a full refund. so instead of calling about how you have been cheated out of something you need to read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and get off the phone so us people can get through on the phone. Dont blame others for you not able to work the internet. You need to read, that is R E A D first, then if you understand the website, charges and terms and conditions then you place your order.

This company is the biggest SCAM on the internet! BEWARE! The offer a free sample; then charge you $59.99 for the product a month later. Then continue to charge you monthly membership fees to a number of different firms. EVEN AFTER I HAVE CALLED AND CANCELLED TWICE!!! I am so upset and it is the biggest FRAUD AND SCAM on the internet today.

Some regulator needs to shut these people down ASAP! Please!

I have even sent certified and confirmation receipt mail to them in Des Moines, IA ------ And they deny it. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. SCAM/FRAUD

Contacted them to cancell my free trial and they told me i was not on there records. They have continued to take the money out of the account.

Hi I order aciu burn 4 free trial i didnt now work so why would i wanna keep it. I went inline4 the 800 time got people that didnt understand me she kepy sayn u didnt reieve it i said yes i did and doesn't work she said about 14day trial ..honestky i hung up and called back got a nice woman that understood what i was sayn..Told her i was looking online aat page i order from and it said 2 month money guarratee. She was nice enoughto give addess wear to send back i bought envelope with bubbles inside and pacaged it correctly as dhe told me i evenweote and taped info on the bottle..N it was express mail should of gotton it by nail . I also was scammed out of money by this fraudulent product. I managed to get a refund back by cancelling it immediately and also the fact i never received the product. Do NOT order this product it is a total scam, like all the other girls i could not get through on any of the phone numbers, eventually i think i managed to get a response to an email. I also got billed for the insider secrets cr*p and did not get a refund. There is no easy way girls. I got a personal trainer, the new thing is HIIT (high intensity interval training) which kick starts your metabolism, try weights-tones you up very quickly if you do it right. Give up the carbs or at least only eat in the morning like porridge and avoid mixing them with proteins. Eat 5 -6 small meals a day, drink loads of water and put a hard slog in the gym 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time. I've lost half stone in 6 weeks and am never hungry and my body is changing into a lovely toned one very quickly... good luck girly's but avoid this scam.. Go to your herbal health shop and get the green leaf tea extract tablets instead..16euro for 60..
