i ordered this product 2 weeks ago and have not received it so please return my money and you can keep your products

I did not authorize all the extra charges for web access and membership fees. I didn't receive my second months worth on time. When I did receive it the name was "Wy Yi Burn". I called the company and they didn't seem to care. On top of all that it doesn't work as I was lead to believe.

It is funny how many people really DO NOT READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS..If they would read it on the page where it says at the bottom Terms and Conditions it tells you everything..If you go to Acai Burn http://www.acaiburn.com/terms-and-conditions.php..Funny how people want to blame someone else for their laziness on their part not being a responsible buyer..But then they want to bash the company..

It tells you right here that it is not FREE and that you will be charged if not canceled in 14 days $59.95 which is what the bottle cost!! You only pay for the shipping to recieve the product..It also tells you here that yes you are signing up to be on the auto shipment program for Acaiburn

Now if the customer cancels within the trial period...Well guess what YOU ARE NOT CHARGED!!

I was SCAMMED also. They ultimately took approximately $150.00. I spent last evening researching, calling and chating online with them and this is what I found. It appears that Acaiburn (1-800-659-3588) and WuYi (866-449-5567) are related and I believe reside in the same building. They have a sister company named "EBOOK which JUST ONE COMPANY NAMED COMPREHENSIVE WEIGHT LOSS" 800-712-7222 (what is in" " is an actual chat I had so these are the facts.) Comprehensive has 2 departments) "We have one sister company which have 2 departments. "We are located in Des Moines, Iowa (US)" (again that is a direct quote from them. Department 1 phone number is 866-279-6513 and department 2 phne number is 866-363-9314. I call them department 1 and 2 because they answer the phone customer service and guess what? Department 1 and Department 2 and a third number I have all have the same recording by the same person!!! So in closing it appears that both companies (because I was crazy enough to buy pills from Acaiburn and tea from WuYi so I was DOUBLE WHAMMIED!!! Both Acaiburn and Wuyi have the same sister company Comprehensive Weight Loss which has 2 departmens Insider Secrets and EBooks. I am not sure if the sister company name is Comprehensive or EBooks. But the fact is that 1 is the sister with 2 departments. So I was SCAMMED by both Acaiburn and WuYi who sent their sister company my information so money was being withdrawn from my account for Acaiburn's 'sister' membership (plus the 2 deparments) and WuYi 'sister membership (plus the 2 departments -- remember they are all the same company) for a total of 6 'withdrawals' per month. And for the record I returned it as soon as I received it, cancelled it and never received any refund. I went to my bank, and I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commision, the BBB, the Attorney General's Office of Iowa and the media. These people have to be stopped!!!

Ordered free trial, then they sending me the product and charging my credit card without my consent.
This is a rip off and should be stopped!!!
The time from you order the "free" trial to the time you get your credit card statement is what these
crooks scam on. Sleazy people without any conscience praying on others!
