extra charges, dishonest company
This company is horrible! I ordered the free trial which was delivered in about 10 days. Approximatly 1 month later have have received (4) $1.00 charges all to different companies, $4.95 for enrollment in a healthy living program, $9.95 for enrollment in another program, some food choices thing, 2 different mail-out programs with my membership information (Financial Advisor and Simply Yours) which I never registered for and upon calling found out that I would have soon been charged for, plus another few foreign transaction fees. The 800 numbers for these companies are present on your credit card statements to call about the charges, but when you call them you are given a different number to call. All in all it took me approx 2 hours to make all of these calls to cancel everything that I never signed up for in the first place. I had also received 2 charges for Acai on my credit card within 10 days of each other (I had only received my first shipment past the free trial) When I called them to cancel for their dishonesty and have them resolve the additional billing, they informed me that the two charges I received were correct. There is NOT a free trial as they lead you to believe. You pay the $4.95 shipping for them to be sent to you. After you have taken all the pills and there is no way to return them, they BILL YOU the full price for them. The only way you can get out of it is if you send back the pills which you can't because you have already ingested them and guess what you have to pay for the shipping to do that. I had also ordered Colon Cleanse with this as had been recommended on the site - some of these companies listed above may be from them also. Its so hard to sort it out. They kept saying all of this was included in their terms and conditions. Lesson well learned.

This guy is ripping people off left right and center! Do not buy anything from him. If you have please file complaint with The Federal Trade Commission to help bring him down.

Free Trial Scam
Do NOT, I repeat do NOT order this so-called free trial of Acai Burn. What a scam! I ordered their product that was touted as a free trial bottle of pills and $150 later I am finally getting out of this mess. Stay away from it and everything that has to do with it!!! There is no truth whatsoever in their claims or their scruples. There are at least 2 different phone numbers that you have to call to cancel your "membership". OMG what a horrendous business.

Unauthorized Credit Charges
I also was charged $79.96. When I called the phone number, the person that answered, "Mr. Hill", I was asked which product did I order and how he couldn't help me that I had to E-MAIL someone to get a refund. There were no phone numbers that I could actually speak to anyone. I then sent an emai and was told that even though I didn't receive the product that I still would not recieve my money back. I then noticed another charge from a different company and it was the same deal. Bottom line...don't order anything for a free trial...even if it was on OPRAH!

Ripped off
This is a complete rip off. the trial offer is not free. You place your order through their website and all you have to pay is a minimal amount for postage and handling of $US4.95. The trick is that the fee is in US currency to be posted in the US not international. The Order Confirmation they sent me via email shows the following:

NZ$59.95 has been deducted from my visa account. When I queried this I got this response on 23 February:

I queried this further and have been told that due to currency conversion the shipping and handling fee is NZ$59.95 and that:
We ship one months supply but we offer 14 days to try our Acai Pills and after that if you wish to continue with the Pills after your free trial period gets over then you get charged $ 59.95 for the one months supply.
We shipped one month supply with the 14 days free trial period if you decide to keep the Acai Pills after free trial gets over then you will be charged $ 59.95 for that.
Most people I know usually cant be bothered returning capsules once they have received them.
THIS IS A SCAM, BUYER BEWARE!!

Misleading and dishonest practices
I placed an order for acai burn late on a Friday night. My husband then alerted me early the next morning about all kinds of complaints about this company. Early Saturday morning, I called to cancel, only to be told that their "systems were down." I was told to call back in a few hours, that they could not even take my information to cancel the order when their system was back in operation. I called again 3 hours later, only to be told the same thing, that their computer systems were down, and to try to use the live chat on the website. Of course, it was down too. I called the next day (Sunday) and was told that my order had already shipped -- amazing -- if they couldn't access my info to cancel, then how could my order possibly have shipped? At any rate, I was also told that my CC would be charged and that to get my money back I would have to return the product, insured, with tracking, yada yada. I then had to call no less than two other numbers to make sure I wasn't charged with the fees for the Insiders Edition (which came through in heiroglyphics when I tried to open it) or for the other monthly subscription. One of the numbers was only available Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm MST -- how convenient for those of use who live on the East Coast and leave for work before 7:30 am and get home after 6pm. Well, thanks to the snowstorm today, I actually did get through to cancel all this garbage. I personally think the attorney general should go after these frauds.

FRAUD
If you are planning to buy ACAIBURN, please don't. I wish I saw this web site before buy it. This company has different charges after you place the order, additional there is a foreing fee applied because it comes from Canada. How is it possible that you can see results in 14 days?. So please if you want to buy a diet pill, try to buy it in a store, now I'm afraid to buy anything online.

fraudulent charges and misleading sales
Decided to give their free trial a try, but as soon as I saw that the cc charge was from Israel, I became suspisious and did some researh. Found this site and knew I had been had. I called immediately after reading these postings(Feb. 25) and was told "no, problem, you are within your cancellation period "(before March 1). I packaged the remaining pills (50 of the 60) and took to the post office and mailed with a delivery confirmation. I also e-mailed the company and received an e-mail telling me that my cc # had been removed from their system. Next e-mail was an alert from my cc company telling me their was pending charge from Israel for another $4.95. I alerted my cc company of the suspected fraud and flagged charges such as these, hopefully this will stop the problem.
This morning, I will call and cancel with the other two internet companies that I was apparently enrolled with, but have never accessed.
What a learning experience, . Never again!

This is a WARNING. Do not order a "14 day" trial from these folks. First off - I got NO RESULTS from the product.
Buried deep in disclaimer--land the company claims that for "shipping cost" they will send a 14-day TRIAL OFFER of thier product.
What is not well spelled out is that you PAY FULL PRICE if you do not promptly cancel the "FREE TRIAL" and sent the unused portion back to them before the 14-days is up. THEY SEND YOU A FULL 30-DAY SUPPLY then expect you to remember to call in 14 days to cancel -- YEAH -- RIGHT!
They then automatically re-order every month for you without verification from you, and, of course, they charge the shipments to the credit card you provided to pay for the shipping for the "14 day" trial.
IN OTHER WORDS ... THERE IS NO FREE TRIAL -- You will pay FULL PRICE FOR THE "TRIAL" OFFER.
