unauthorised payment
I ordered a free trial of acai burn and have since recieved two charges to my Debit card, 0ne from wellbhealth 8667967336 of US $43.81 and another from vibrantbeauty 8668237411 of US $12.90, i can't afford this, especially at this time of the year, so could you please give me a full refund.

They have stopped supply and are unable to be contacted as well as changing name on credit card charge.

fraudulent charges
I ordered the trial size Acaiburn. Then received an order and sent it back and cancelled, not knowing I even ordered anything more!I was charged all of those membership fees for another 2 companies and had to cancel those as well. It turns out cancelling those 2 company charges was easy.I was charged 3 charges of 59.95, even though I received only one and sent it back. I called every month after getting my credit card statement and was told I was refunded or if according to me I wasn't that I would be as soon as it was looked into. I faxed all of my credit card statements to them numerous times to show I was not refunded 3 times and still nothing.They never had a superior to talk to, no head office to contact and I kept calling. Now I am told for the first time that the time I had to be refunded has expired! I was hung up on twice and was told my bank had to contact them for me to receive a refund. This has been going on for 6 months. I tried to get refunded right away, was told I would be and now I have no recourse because they made up a time limit. I hope someone reads this and does not get anything from these crooks!

unauthorised billing
I ordered a trial of acai burn and then i was sent a second bottle without my authorisation and billed to my credit card without my authorisation there was also no invoice sent to tell me how much i was charged for the seconnd bottle i want to be contacted on this matter immediately on 0431767797 or by email lozza_brodiie @hotmail.com

unauthorised weekly debits on my credit card
I purchased a 'free trial' where only had to pay USD12.90 shipping (that totalled AU14.45). I did not agree to purchase any product, nor to have any other deductions made on my credit card.
I have since had two deductions for USD87.62 come out of my credit card, one on 17/11/09 and the second one, 7 days later, on 24/11/09. The receivor (Acai Burn) also changed their name on my credit card statement with each deduction, so as to make it difficult to trace them. As this has been my only international transaction however, it was easy to trace the fraud back to them.

Billing of account after sending product back within specified time
I have had this company. I spoke to a person via live email and they told me that if i sent my acaiburn product back within the specified time that i would not be billed anymore. This was four months ago( 7/7/09) and they are still taking money out of my account. How do you stop these people and get my money back. I expressed my product back to a P.O.Box in Sydney. Please help me

Card fraud
I also signed up for a trial of this miracle drug - and have likewise been the victim of unauthorised payments from my visa card
I started by calling Bioresponse who advertise the product as theirs. They in turn told me to talk to their two Merchants Ezykit and Elitepack? Needless to say both of the latter referred me back to the former...and so on and so on
It is quite clear they are all complicit in this scam!
Perhaps our be-knighted Fraud Squad might like to take this on (sic) ?
