Taking unauth payments
If you ordered some acai burn and didn't sign up for the E-book, they will take payments even if you have cancelled the acai burn free trail.
The numbers to call are, 0808 1202346 or 0800 0470192, this is where you can cancelled the Health member, VH access, Kitaccess there are not easy people to talk to and they refuse any credits.

un authorized debit from account
hi have just read my bank statement, have been charged £112.62 for two bogus transactions, not in anyway authorised by me, this has sent me overdrawn so nowhave to pay bank charges as well, i hope some one can catch these (people) would like to know how to get my money back
ACAIBURN certainly lost me 112 pounds in less than five minutes

Took money without my consent
I saw their ad on TV and thought that I would give their product a shot, since they did say that it was a free trial offer and all I had to do was pay for the S&H. Once I got it I figured that I would cancel the subscription and not have to worry about them taking out any more money. Well, no one at their call center told me that they wanted me to return their worthless product. So, I figured that it was mine, since they did say that it was a free trial offer. On the 30th of Sept. I noticed that there was a charge for about $80.00. So I called Acaiburn, and they told me that they were going to charge me for it since I didn't return it. I sent it back that next day but not before I shut off my Debit card. Well, they still got their money and their worthless product. I have been waiting for about 3 weeks now and all my bank has to say about it is they are trying. If you worthless pieces of shit at AcaiBurn are reading this, Expect me to come and get my money. The majority of my family lives in Iowa and I will get my money back. THAT I CAN PROMISE.

Unauthoized Transactions
An unauthorized amount of $87.62 IMPROVEHEALTH 8668077356 CY was found on my account today. After some research I found that this has occured to several people. I immediatley reported it to my financial institution and cancelled my card. I would not suggest that anyone participate in this garbage.

refund for product not received
whats the use of the complaints if this is the 3rd time i'm sending in my complaint.i was charged for products not received and also not ordered.only saw on my staement i was charged for stuff i dont need or have a use for.spoke to a lady on the live chat was given a number to call, was told the money would be in my account within 5-10 working days, been 3 weeks now and still nothing and its an effort getting hold of anyone .Why should i pay for stuff i havents oredered or received and seriously has no need for.
i would appreciate it if some one can contact me ot shall i take matters further

I aint getting the product why take the money and who authorized you too in the first place.
Ive had that trick where you get the trial stuff..There was no reciepts given and yeah i got the one package offer..Now since then there, ve had access to my account and have taken money out three time with out comformation>????Ive had hundreds stolen and too tell you the true notice has roled up to my door either..Its cheek they run the country and I feel like its the funniest thing?Sorry for the input...But this company is robbing me of cash Im a Pensioner and not really good for it any way...

Taken money from account with out consent
Money has been taken from my account with out consent. On 16/09/2009 £9.25 was taken from my account which i consented,
following that £51.19 was taken from my account on 07/10/2009 unknown to me and a futher £57.15 is to be debited tomorrow(14/10/2009), i am totally unaware any more money was to be debited apart from the first payment of £9.25.

hello i wanted to know why am i getting charged $87.13 for an bottle of diet pills when i order them only for $1.95 for it to come to me this the second charge on my bank statement I want to know answers!!! either let me and my husband know how we can get it off or we will start talking to our lawyer asap!!!

Unauthorized payment taken out of checking account
I was told that I would be given a free 15 day trial of the product. They said that if I wanted to cancel all i needed to do was call a number and everything would be fine. So I called the number and cancelled only to be informed that I was going to be charged an additional 75 dollars for the "free" 15 day trial. It's the biggest load of crap I have ever heard. Now I want my money back.
