after being stung for lots of money for a "free" trial, I cancelled my account with acaiburn but still got charged by healthmember 888-779-5303 CY and vh access 888-332-2707 CY.for no apparent goods or services

If anyone from Acai Berry Reads this, please stop sending any more products to me. I am receiving a package almost every 4 weeks. All i wanted was a free sample. If this is not corrected, and i am not contacted to confirm cancelation, i will take further action. I'm sure you can find my details in your system, and my number is above.

Saw an "ad" on www.people.com. It was disguised as a person who worked for a newspaper and took the "Acai Burn Challenge" and it stated wonderful results of an average sized woman making great changes in just a few weeks of using said product. What a lie! After I received this in the mail I read through the book that was within the package and realized that what they said to do in the book is what anyone would do to lose weight. Cut back on calories and other obvious things and this is why I cancelled the product. Said it offered a 14 day trial or whatever. Thankfully I was able to combat this company before it started making a mess of my finances. I took the advice of another person on this website and went ahead and cancelled my debit card so I would be able to avoid any other charges. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare, just as you would assume with a company who is trying to take you for money. Please make no mistake, they will attempt to smooth this over with a reply and a comment showing they are not to blame but I am and I disagree! The website was misleading on the weight loss, and that is how I figured this out. Hope you do too!! P.S. don't trust the customer service rep. to send you the email regarding return instructions, if you say you will just keep him on the line until you get the "emailed instructions on how to return the product" he will eventually be forced to give you the information, as he wants to keep his call volume high.

Healthmember-888-779-5303 just ripped me off for an unauthorized electronic debit from my bank account. Acaiburn did refund me 58.76 it was billed to my credit card but they charged me a 2% transaction fee of $1.18. The product was not worth it, it had additives that just didnt need to be added, terrible product! You have to beware, if any of these are outsourced out of the United States, there is a fee charged to your credit card and you don't know this till it hits your account. I tried the products for 2 days when I got my statement with all of these charges I called and canceled before my14 days were up, and there was no mention about the "Healthmember" found that out 2 mo later when the charge came through my bank account unexpectedly. It cost me $ 7.14. I called them from a number attached to the charge on the account. They didn't have my phone number correct, they didn't want to remove it right away! They had to fill out new paperwork due to my complaint. We'll see if I get it back. Others on the internet are stating that it was a non-refundable fee! I will contact the state generals office, and anyone else, along with blogs and complaints all over the internet!!! Times are hard, we don't need to get duped by these worthless companies!!!

I returned an unused product to this company and am still waiting for a refund. I have phoned this company numerous times but unfortunately the money still has not been returned to my bank, even though i have been assured it will be. The shipment of pills was also sent to me after cancellation of this order. They are an absolute joke!. This carry on has lasted nearly four months, so please have a good think before ordering from them. You also get charged approximately £8.00 a month for non existent services from two other companies.
