Unauthorized billing
This company is sending items not ordered and charging 79.62 plus 3.95 S&H per order. They have done this 3 times-you cannot contact anyone by phone and if you try to go the website, the page will not load.

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! NOT ONLY HAVE WE HAD OVER $300.OO IN CHARGES FOR THE "FREE" PRODUCTS...I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH ATTEMPTING TO GET THE REFUNDS OVER THE LAST 3 FREAKING WEEKS! I HAVE BEEN SENT IN CIRCLES AND THIS CRAPPY PROMOTION IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM! IT IS AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE NOT TO MENTION FRAUDULENT FOR CHARGING UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES FOR REFUSED SUBSCRIPTIONS!!! LIFECLEANSE, ACAI BURN, AND ACAI DETOX ARE A PROMOTION OFFERED TOGETHER BUT ALL A SCAM!!!

I ordered the free trial of Acai detox pills. I understood I would just pay the shipping and handling. I was charged the shipping and handling and for another bottle. I called them and told them I didn't want any more shipped or charged.

I ordered the free trail of the above product and was not satisfied with it I wanted to return before my credit card was billed I read on the refund and exchange policy I needed a RMA number and I called the number and waited for what seems like hours just to get the RMA number so that I could return the unused product. The product did not do what was advertised and I used the product as it was stated. I am disappointed in this product and I will never use again.

WARNING-READ THE FINE PRINT
ALWAYS SCROLL TO TO THE VERY BOTOOM AND READ THE FINE PRINT.
Im not saying that Acai Detox is not a scam, I have not ordered from them yet. I was going to but am skeptical now.
I did notice that they use fake blogs with the same general weightloss story with different wording. However, everything that you are saying is not on the website, is on the site. THEY DO HAVE I A SERVICE CONTRACT. I'VE SEEN IT EVERYTIME I WAS DIRECTED TO THAT SITE. Its not jumping out at you in bright colors and flashing lights like the info to get you to try the product but is there.
It is at the verrrrrrrrrrrrrry bottom of the webpage in fine print. So far at the bottom most people never even see it, TERMS AND CONDITIONS or AGREEMENTS.
If you click on the link, Its all there in black and white. It tells you you have 15 day trial. It tells you that those are calendar days (consecutive) not business days beginning on the date you order it. Also that it takes 5-10 days to ship, which comes out of the 15days you have to try it and that you have to call before the 15th day. (which really leaves you approx. 4 days to try it)
Most people never even read this section and assume that their trial begins when they receive the product when it actually from the day you placed the order. So, by the time they call to cancel its way past 15 days in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
So legally its not a scam and they don't have to give you your money back because it is stated in the fine print. But in the eyes of the consumer it is still a scam. Honestly, who can try a product in 4 days.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
i HAD ORDERED ACAI DETOX, RECIEVED THE PRODUCT 4 DAYS BEFORE TRAIL PERIOD WAS TO EXPIRE, CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO CANCEL, WAS TOLD OK, NO FURTHER CHARGES WOULD OCCURE, THAT SAME DAY I WAS CHECKING MY ACCOUNT AND WAS TOLD BY THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT THERE PENDING CHARGE, AFTER CHECKING WHERE IT WAS FROM I WAS TOLD IT WAS FOR ACAI DETOX, I CALLED THEM BACK AND TRIED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR WAS WAS RUDELY TOLD THAT THEY WILL ONLY TELL ME THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR THE CANCELLED ORDER, TRIED TO ASK FOR A RETURN ADDRESS BUT THEY WOULD GIVE ME ANYTHING, THE OPERATOR WAS SO RUDE, HE KEPT TELLING THAT HE COULDN'T GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION AT ALL, ASKED HIM IF IT WAS A SCAM AND THAT THEYARE STEALLING FROM THE CUSTOMERS, HE REPLIED I CANNOT GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION, THAT ALL HE KEPT ON SAYING AND HUNG UP.
I WOULD LIKE TO FILL AND TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK, IF ANY ONE HAS HAD THE SAME RESULTS FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE LET US KLNOW

CHARING FOR "FREE SAMPLE"
ORDERERD A "FREE SAMPLE" THEY SUBSEQUENTLY CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR THE SAMPLE AND
ALSO SENT ANOTHER BOX AT FULL PRICE. WHEN i 'CALLED THEM I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS IN MY "CONTRACT" THAT IF I DIDN'T CANCEL WITHIN 15 DAYS I WOULD BE CHARGED FULL PRICE. IT CERTAINLY WAS NOT MADE PLAIN WHEN I ORDERED OR RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. ALSO, THE PRODUCT DOESN'T HELP.

i had purchase a sample for the acai detox with the understanding that they are only going to bill me for the shipping not knowing that this people are actually going to make me pay an amount of $87.94 for a product that does not work. I am bringing this complaint up because I wanted the public to know that this people are operating an unlawful business it is a fraud and they are the kind of predators that do not yield to anything. FWM laboratory ultimately is a fraud. Be aware of this people. Do not give anymore of your information over the internet.

Miscelaneous charges
I ordered Acai Berry Detox from Rachel Rae websight and she promotes this product.. Company does misinform consumers that they will recieve complimentary bottle of product and what they don't tell you is that if you do not return product within 14 days you will be charged $ 87.13 full product price.. They will not work with you to refund and you have to basically cancel your atm card from your bank to take charges off. With Bromalite company You also have to cancel and and Misc charges form another company will start charging you as well. BEWARE.. These companies will not refund any amount and the product is virtually useless and a SCAM...
I will never order anything off the internet ever again... Please take this off your sight Rachel Rae... alot of people are getting ripped off. And I am a family of six with one income... I feel so badly I did this and my poor husband... He works hard for his money and this is what people do to others in our time of economy... GREAT... I hope you all read this before ordering any product...
