Cancelled and they still charged me
I received a Free Trial, called on 3/31 to cancel and received a confirmation number. I received a charge on my bill on 4/1. When I called about that, they told me they would refund it, but tried to talk me into keeping it again and would not refund the Foreign Transaction Charge even though a charge should have never been put on the card. They would not transfer me to a supervisor.

unwanted products & charges
I have returned items, emailed, and called this company to complain of their continued sending of unwanted product. I have not filled a formal complaint with the FTC reference #22197227.
This continued worry must stop.

false charges
Bought a sample of the Acai Berry and was charged two more times without authorization. Called to correct issue and was hung up on.
Product does not work.

Charges
On Feb. 13, 2009 charges appeared on my Visa card for $78.81 and I've never purchased a product from these people! I'd like to know how they got my credit card number when I have 3 different sources that are supposed to catch this type of thing. What step should I take next?

unauthorized charge
We ordered the 4.99 trial and they billed us 78.00 without our approval, when we called, they said we were suppose to call them within the 14 day trial period to cancel. We never saw that information.

Unauthorized Charges
Online 'Free Trial' offer for the price of shipping only hides future automatic charges in the Terms and Conditions you must accept to receive trial offer. Upon complaining customer is given only partial refund which reflects cost of future shipmehnts but they retain the high cost of the product previously shipped.
Company is both deceptive and, in my opinion, fraudulent.
