I cancelled an order with capstar and they then debited my credit card the following week for a further $95. I returned the original product for a refund also and have been arguing with then since to get the 2 items refunded. They say they have refunded my account but I have seen no money as yet this has now been going on for 8 months.

I have been emailing back and forth to customer service on my money that was taken out without my permission... This is for order EPW-281433. I had numerous emails from people contacting me to issue my money back into the account and their email account have been deleted... I have been calling and they tell me that the money will be put into my account since May of 2009 and all they do is lie to me. It has gotten very nasty with emails... I am angry very angry that they are playing with me. I have copies of everything that they have send me through email. This is the email they send me on 04-16-09.

Acai elite, a scam, can anyone help me with this, my credit card company said because i gave out my details. i have entered into a contract with acai elite and they cant put a stop on the payments i have been charged £54.00 overall.

I have also been scammed by this company, I ordered the sample bottle and it never came for 20 days, they therefore charged me the rest $87, I Emailed them imediately and cancelled my order, they then again charged me for another bottle, when I reciveved the first one I sent it back retun to sender...they hten told me that was not the correct way to return it and that I would be charged 50% of the cost because of that, and said that that was stated in the policies, I then asked to tell me where I could find that an dthey hung up! I emailed everyday for 2 weeks now an dhave just tried phoning several times and they just hang up! Something really neds to be done about this!

I have been getting 10+ emails a day for the past 3 months from these people and it is getting on my last nerve. I tried to email them back numerous times but they never responded because their email accounts were closed out. I went onto their website to contact them and their contact form but that wouldn't go through. I tried numerous times. So I had to call them up on their toll free number which is 1-866-949-0138. The person who answer said that I have an active subscription when I didn't even know what they were selling! They opened up a subscription on me and I have never had one. She told me that they had part of my credit card and I don't even know how they got it when the only thing I have used it once on was Amazon.com. The person who definitely did not know what she was doing told me that she has cancelled it and gave me my cancellation number. Just to let you know I deleted a lot of the emails when I get them and could not restore them all for proof.
