First off while making my order i stated that i no longer stayed at the billing address so i put in my new address above the old one i use to stay in plus two people from this company got in contact with me via email and i made complaints each time to each one and left my number for them to get back in contact but neither did so via email nor by phone plus i have not got my order

I ordered a bottle of Acai Berry vitamins for $5.95 over a montha ago and have not received them yet, however I received a charge on my credit card for $79.95 which I DID NOT authorize!

They charged me for items I didn't agree to knowingly and I want to canncel this as of July13, 2009

I have the same problem .
Havent got my order but they have got my money.

i thought what i was ordering was a trial product that i could send back in 15 days .. i didnt even get my pills for 12 of those days and was told it started when i ordered. i wrote then and asked where i can send them back, got NO answer...then i was charged for what i didnt relize i was gonna be charged for...i actulaay just let it go with a letter explaining i didnt want it and tried to contact someone.. i now got another charge on my card of 85.95 dollars this time not the 79.95 i got charged the last time. you cant contact anyone on the "800" number and emails do not get answered. i had to cancel my card and disputed both my charges with my card. please can you help me. i have never donr this before and knew better.i really dont have the money to have them playing with me like this.. thank [email protected]
