Fraud (Hacking?)
I have gotten two instant messages on yahoo messenger which show that they are coming from someone on my message list that I know. But they are not coming from him they are coming from someone who is telling me that he had good luck losing wait with Acai pills and the (2 times this happened) first time it showed a link to hellnew.com and when you click on it it is a link to Acai Elite and the second time it shows a link to http://meltsky.com but when you click it says file not found<br />

But it is particularly disturbing because they have found a way to PRETEND TO BE AN ACQUAINTANCE OF MINE and they are SHOWING UP WITH HIS MESSENGER I.D.<br />
<br />
That is out and out fraud and I'm worried about who else might try to contact me and be able to show up as someone on my list when they are not that person. I mean, they could ask you to meet them somewhere and be not who you expect to meet.

fraudulent company
received phony message on windows messenger claiming to be my son who lives far away saying he lost 22 pounds. He was not at home so I really believed this...ordered the $5.95 US$ trial offer May 30. Not received. Was charged $79.95 US$ on June 15th. Products still not received.
Have emailed and just got more and more frustrated. I requested tracking numbers, but they said it was sent by air registered and no tracking number. Today I received an email saying the product was on its way. Hmm...this company deserves to lose everything. They misrepresent facts and are not trustworthy. Lesson learned...never give your credit card number out to a company you know nothing about. If it sounds too good to be true, it is suspicious. I am out $100 Canadian and have nothing to show for it. If this company does this several times a day, they are scamming people. Who gave them merchant rights to visa and a background check?

No return address/chinese text
My husband purchased online from Acai Elite Store (EliteGateHerbal)and turned out there's no return address (only chinese text) and tried many times to call phone number and leave message for cancellation (but it's full as per voice mail) but no reply. We tried to find the site... http (kindnite.com) where it appeared on print as our receipt online, but produce nowhere site.This is a fake, scam and a fly by night business.

never order the products
to whom it may concerned.urgent matters. i would like to inform that i have ordered a trial set of ACAI ELITE in April 2009. I have been charged RM74.75 through my credit card for payment. i agreed for the first trial for only one bottle. This is absurd that the following month credit card statement i have noticed that i have been charged for 2 (two) transaction which amounting to RM288.68 and RM357.96. which i did not agreed to continue for the product. kindly cancel the transaction accordingly. pls reply to my email accodingly, [email protected] |

fraudulent company
I have received an instant message from a trusted friends' address which turned out to be sent by a third person hacking into his computer. Unfortunately I placed an order with Acai elite and like the other people on this complaint board I have been the victim of them removing money without my consent and not receiving a refund. I went to the Police and they advised me to contact the IWF who police the internet. I have reported the matter to the fraud department of my bank and have sent an e-mail to Adrienne Sullivan advising her/him whoever that I am passing their information to as many agencies as I can.

scam
I received an IM from a MSN Messenger contact which claimed that she had lost 20 pounds using these pills. She never sent me the message, they either get access to your contacts or infiltrate your computer and paste their web address on the message. I did fall prey to their scam. I ordered the pills, they sent me a couple of emails, but they never sent me a phone number to cancel membership. I had to contact the credit card company, cancel my credit card, and am fearful they will stead my identity. Don't fall prey to them like I did. It's a company from China, they can't even spell or communicate in English well. I received the product in a cheap carton package. The bottle has a cheap sticker on it, I'm afraid to try the pills.

Invalid phone # for cancellation
I ordered Acai Elite through a trial offer. I received the pills and kept them. I now need to end the shipments but the phone # the company gave is not valid. I called my bank and the only thing they can do is try to dispute the cancellation. This is a nightmare, not only is there no info on this company, but the pills came in an envelope from Japan with a sheet of paper written in Japanese. Great!!!

Unauthorized charges
Ordered this and sure enough it is a scam. Was charged even though I tried to cancel many times. The e-mails are never answered correctly and they never confirmed my cancellation. The e-mails come from gmail accounts. They are requesting me to mail it back to china even though the web site states an address in the US. Now I am sitting on the product and dont know where to send it. I am disputing the charge with my bank as I have the e-mail and this site as evidence. I have not opened the bottle and will not. The phonenumber given on the site seems to be wrong as they dont have a clue and cant confirm any order numbers and I never heard back from them either. So, my advise stay away from it and dispute any charges with your bank. You are more than welcome to contact me for an outcome of this. [email protected]. |

hi my name is wanita cumming. i have received a email saying that i have had the weight loss product for 15 days and they took $108 aud from my account.. i havent yet had the product for 15 days and i want my money back. on the site it said free trial for $19.95 international. thats all i expected to be taken out of my account. i am not happy about this and want my money back. please contact me a.s.a.p.
