Trial is a Scam
The ads popped up saying Acai berry pills trial for 5.95, but end up charging me 19.95
for shipping fee as I live in Fareast. Fair enough, when i got the pills for less than 5 days, they said that I've never reply their email about the return un-used pills so 79.95 charged again to my credit card. I complaint and they asked me to send back the bottle to an address in China: Lin SX, Guangzhou Shi San Yuan Li 57 Hao, Postal code 510400, Guangzhou. China
However, as sending courier require a contact number but they never gave me the phone number but charged me again for 39.95 saying that I didn't return the un-used pills.
Lucky that I reported to my credit card bank and stopped the last transaction. But it's absolutely a scam and these people need to be reported. As I live so far away from the US, does anyone know how to report this scam?
I search online, they also selling Green Tea and DVD on amazon using the same way to scam people. FYI. don't take the Acai pills as I think they will give you the un-used pills back to customer, that's why they ask you to return it!!

fraudulent scheme
i ordered this product online which said free trial n was sent the product without any paper work watsoever i live in da uk so the postage costed me £19 n now i recieve an email saying cause i didnt cancelled in 15 days they have taken 89 dollars which is approx £53 from my account i didnt read any terms n conditions even when i ordered n i dont know where to cancel this annoying thing from can any1 help plz... or they ll take the same amount from my account every month???

I ordered a trial size and agreed to pay $19, 99 shipping and handling fee. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged $75.9 . This charge was not authorized!. Since I did not receive the trial stuff yet but I was informed by EMPOST that there’s a parcel which I’m going to collect tomorrow.
I have to suspend my Credit Card in order to stop this fraud.

I ordered the trial, paid shipping. Thought that I was being informed of the product by my sister in law via Instant Message. Found out someone had hacked into the system and was using her name. Any way, I cancelled before the 30 day trial period was over. Then two weeks pass, I check my checking account and they had taken $79.95 plus $1.60 international fee from my account. Last week I called them to try and straighten things out with my money, was not told that I have to return the unused portion before I recieved my refund. Was told that it takes 5 to 7 days for this to occur. Called them again today and was told that I have to send in the unused portion and that I will recieve an email with instructions in 48 to 72 hours. Number 1, refunds into a checking account electronically take 3 to 5 days. They didn't want to hear that I wasn't told that last week I wasn't informed of shipping back the product 1st, "had a trainee". I tested 1 of these pills from this company by opening the pill and pouring into a spoon of white vinegar. Any one remember grade school science? The baking powder and the vinegar? It foamed just like that.
I would recommend anyone else to contact the BBB on this company as well. I asked the lady one simple question and was met with "I can not tell you that", my question- "Are you at least an American Licensed company"?

I ordered a free trial of Acai Elite for 5.95 shipping. I did receive the product but was ignored by the company when I tried to cancel my order with in the trial period. I finally tracked down a phone number for Vital Health Star (the company my bank had who took the shipping charges out) and called. I spoke to customer service and cancelled my order as well as requested return information for the trial bottle. I was told I would receive the return instructions as well as my cancellation confirmation within 24-48 hours. Instead I received this information 5 days later AFTER they billed my account 79.95, stating that I had not cancelled within the 15 days. I placed the order on 4/10 and spoke with customer service on 4/22. I had also sent them about 9 e-mails from 4/10-4/24 requesting cancellation. This is a huge scam, these people ignore you til they charge you and then try to make it look like you didn't cancel in time. I just mailed back the bottle and am awaiting a refund... wonder how long that will take. I am going to dispute the charge through my bank.

fraudulant credit charge
I ordered a bottle of Acai Elite under the impression that it is a free trial. You just pay shipping and handling. It was sent by regular mail it has been 16 days I still have not recieved the product. Yet tonight at midnight they charged my credit card $79.95. They stated that my 14 day trial was up. I don't even have the product to try. This is definately a scam. I hope that if and when I recieve there product I can send it back (I will not even be trying this scam product) that they will give me my money back.

deceptive tactics
I signed up for the free trial, never realizing that the trial starts with your order, not when you actually get the product which happens to arrive the day the free part ends. What a racket! The very day that the stuff arrived, I happened to look at my credit card bill and see the $87 (and change) charge...oh, and it seems that there is nothing I can do but swallow it as my loss because that is what the policy of Acai-Elite is. I have called and cancelled, or they would continue to bill me, another aspect of the free trial. I have called and each time I get what has to be the same woman who is absolutely programmed to respond in only certain terms, and refuses to answer any questions I have regarding how many calls are like mine...I still get their ad in my e-mail and they are such a scam. Anyone with a suggestion of how to stop them?
