I signed up to your free trial offer over the internet on 3 October 2009. I then spoke to one of your consultants on the line and he advised me to do nothing and cancel later. I then formally cancelled the product on 12 October 2009 (well within the free trial period) and was given a cancellation Number. Agents of the company advised me that when we received the pills to return them directly to the company and there would be no extra charge. I awaited to be sent return instructions via e-mail or even further instructions, but nothing was sent.
I received these pills via Australia post on 21 October 2009, crossed out my name and returned them to sender.
I was then charged $94.91 for the pills on 22 October 2009 for the total cost of $98.16.
I have then called the number 1800 335 305 numerous times to see when my refund will be issued.
On one occasion I spoke to another agent and he gave me a refund number and said that the refund would be issued on 14 November 2009, which still hasn’t happened as he said that the pills were received back from us on 8 November 2009.
I called up yet again today and the agent advised me that this is not written down on my file and the pills have not yet been received at your shipping centre. She did not check to see if they had, just told me that if I didn’t have a tracking number she couldn’t look it up. I do not know what the tracking number is as I just returned the package via return to sender.
She would not give me any phone number for the shipping centre, nor could I speak to a supervisor and advised me to send my complaint via mail to Des Moines which will cost me more money. They don't put your through to a supervisor nor anybody in corporate.
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR PRODUCT OVER THE INTERNET, TRY AND GET THESE PILLS IF YOU WANT THEM ELSEWHERE.
