I responded to an offer for a free two-month trial for ACAI LIPO and COLON LIPO for a shipping fee of $6.95. These were probiotic cleansing and nutritional support pills/capsules for my digestive system. What I received was a two-month's supply of CLEANSE AWARE PROBIOTIC COLON NUTRITION which included a booklet describing some of the ingredients in these capsules. Five days later on 3-16-11, my VISA account was charged $7.02 and $201.95 by YOUTH NUTRITION. On 3-18-11, my account was charged another $201.95 also by YOUTH NUTRITION. I called the number listed next to these charges and was told that they were closed and to call back during regular business hours of 9-6 EST (I live in CA). Yesterday, I conference-called the number with my bank representative on the line and was informed by "Francesca" that the pills and the shipping charges were free and each charge of $201.95 was for a LIFETIME SUPPORT FOR DIET AND FITNESS. I could have sworn I ordered over the phone, but was informed that I must have ordered online because they do not take phone orders. She also said that the website to go to was WWW.TRYTADALAFIL. I then checked my incoming email and found two invoices: one was titled YOUR COLON LIPO INVOICE and the other: YOUR ACAI LIPO INVOICE. One was for $6.95 and the other was for $6.95 plus a $1.00 donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Each invoice was sent from "TRYTADALAFIL"<
[email protected]> The invoices listed the $6.95 charges for ACAI-TRACKER ACCESS and COLON LIFE ACCESS rspectively. I was also informed by "Francesca" that I must have read and agreed to the terms of this "agreement." When my bank representative asked if the charges could be reversed, "FRANCESCA" said, "THIS WAS ONLY FOR A THREE DAY TRIAL AND THAT IT HAS ALREADY BEEN TWO MONTHS." This call was ended and my bank rep said I could continue trying to get my money back, possibly through a small claims court. I will continue to resolve this today (on EST) and will report back to you. Mrs. Carlson
