This product reminds me why 'they' always told me to do my research! I fell for this free trial without even thinking! I never received any product ever, I have have spent days on hold and I am yet to actually get in touch with someone to cancel this order! There is no email? No address? I ended up having to cancel my card, which was easier anyway. Who do I get ahold of to stop this? Its a giant scam!

This company offered a free 10 day trial for Acai Max Cleanse and after that period, if you did not contact them, you would be charged the 1 month supply fee. No product has arrived at our home at all but have still been charged both the postage on the free trial and the monthly fee - FOR ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCT.

Same thing happened to me. On Oct 28, I ordered the free trial of Acai Max Cleanse and Colon Cleanse combo diet. On Nov 5, I received my credit card statement, I was charged the 2.95 US dollard 3.02 Cdn was the amout charged plus 1.49 US which was charged 1.53 Cdn under Diet Max 800-320-2983 under description . On November 15th I received the Maximum Burn Xtreme product which I've never ordered. Than on Nov 16 my credit card statement showed another transaction of 89.92 US dollard charged $93.66 Cdn under description ECL-PCCleanse EAST COAST 877-845-9201UT. Called this number and no answer and it indicated critical line and a busy signal was heard. I attempted a few time and same thing happened. On November 19 on my Credit Card statement was showing under description NovaPay OL8772923588 Hong Kong HK amount of 90.58 x 2 =$181.16 was charged on Nov 22 as well for authorized transactions but not posted. This was still encountered for my balance to my credit card. Called the number showing on the statement 877-292-3588 poorly connected by to someone I bearly could hear. Said to wait for the product to be shipped (which I never received) and told me to call back to get the return address for shipment. I asked for a tracking number for the shipping and the operator at customer service saidthat they are not authorized to reveal tracking number for Canadians shipments. How could that make sense? Now it's November 26 and I'm still waiting to receive the product so I can ship it back to get half my money because of the 45% restocking fees I was told plus the ship the product back to them. And that's if they supply me with a correct return address when only if I get the product. What a mistake that was. Never again!!! All together the amount of $279.37 cdn was charged to my credit card since Nov 5. All together I was credited only $64.96 for the ECL-PCleanse ( and the company said that's the best they can do)

I have all the same complaints as everyone else on here. They sent me a web site to go to, too cancel, i am not sure if it canceled or not because I have never recieved the comfirmation letter they said you would get, but they won't be getting anymore money from me, because I canceled my card and filed a grivance with my bank and they are usually pretty good about getting your money back, so we will see!

On 9/23/10 I ordered my free trial. Was supposed to ship within 24 according to the web site. It didn't ship until 9/28/10. Since they didn't ship within the 24 hours, I called to see if they extend the trial period. They said no. I cancelled within the 10 days but they charged me an extra $1.49 for using the web site and they charged me the full price before my 10 days were up. Not a good company to do business with.
