Acai Max Cleanse is part of the XM Brands company. They make their money by their "negative options" package. What does this mean? It means that by just submitting an order you have automatically agreed to the monthly debit from your credit card for this product even though you have not actually registered for any membership or subscription. It is stated in their "Terms and Conditions." Most consumers do not read the terms and conditions before submitting an order. In order to terminate this contract you must CALL their customer service.
You will find that their customer service representatives are less than cooperative and you will find it very difficult to proceed with cancellation. They will tell you that THEY will send you the orders modification link by e-mail and it will never come. Here is the online link for their orders modification site:

All fields must be filled in ALL lowercase with no spaces and no symbols. If you do not remember your customer reps. name just type in forgot. The password is"online". Your digital signature is your first and last name (remember all lowercase and no spaces)
If you read the "terms and conditions" of the modification page by submitting this form your account/order will be cancelled immediately. Print a copy of the page before submission for your records. They are supposed to send you a confirmation that your request has been processed. I had to force them to do this part, I actually sat in front of my computer and waited till I saw the e-mail.
You may want to cancel your credit cards just for precaution, because they will only return a portion of your money (again in their terms and conditions) and to deter any future transactions. You will find that XM Brands is listed on the BBB of Florida will address, phone #, and fax along with directors name Kenneth Jacobi. I have filed a complaint with both the BBB and Attorney Generals office and highly recommend that other do as well. Hope this helps GOOD LUCK
