Cancellation Nightmare
My cancellation nightmare is the same as everyone else that has submitted a complaint about this company. My nightmare began in 12/2008 by receiving the free trial bottle and then emailing the company to cancel it within 15 days. Today, March 20, 2009, I am hoping it's resolved. After countless attempts to cancel via email and never getting hold of a live person via phone, I was able to reach a customer rep. named Frenchie at 877-778-9035 a few weeks ago that verified that they had received all my emails dating back to December 2008 and that my credit card would not be charged --- wrong! On 3/16/2009 my credit card was again charged $85.90. This time under a different company name and phone number (Pureacaimaxx 8772093010). So, I tried this number and waited for a live person for about 10 minutes and hung up and called my credit card company to again dispute this new charge. To be safe that I would not be charged again, I've closed my existing credit card account. Next, I tried the 2093010 number again and actually got through to a live person named Treva. She said they had a new system and all the cancellations did not get imported thus the charge again to my credit card. She said they'd be refunding/crediting my credit card but we'll see ...

after cancelling order still being billed but no products received
after receiving a free sample i called within 2 days to cancel automatic shipment...never received anymore of the product but have been billed 3x on my credit card. they are unstoppable. contacted amer ex. outcome pending

unauthorized charge
I ordered this product as a trial, and like everyone else I was charged $84. I have emailed the company and have been told it will be resolved in 24-72 hours. They have been telling me this since October. What can be done?

false charges
I ordered a tial size Acai Maxx for free, just ppay shipping charges. They billed my credit card $85.90.
This is a scam, I see that they have a line of complaints against them. They need to be prossicuted. This is just plain fraud.I have stopped payment on my creidit card & am going to contact therm on line to inform them. They don't answer the phone. I waited 1 1/2 hours to speak to someone ony to be disconected.

No Return Info and Charging Card without Consent
I ordered the free trial of Acai Max. I did not receive the first bottle until way after the initial trial period stated on the website. There was no documentation in the bag as to how to return or cancel the product.
I have logged onto the site stated on the bottle: does not exist any longer.
I have called the number listed on my bank statement; no answer.
I have gone to my bank for help. They have stated that since I agreed to purchase the original bottle, I was liable for the others until I could meet certain specifications for disputing the claim. How can anyone do that if you only receive fraudulent or non-existent information from the company?
I am very frustrated. My family and I recently lost our home due to a mortgage broker/appraiser scam, and I definitely don't need $80 taken from my bank account every month for a product that does not even work.

claimes sent 2 months, never rec
in November 2008 I ordered a free trial of acai berry along with this trial I was suppose to receive a colon cleanse. I did receive the 15 day trial for acia berry. On January 21, when I received my credit card bill there was a charge on it from December for 84.95 and than while I was talking to the credit card company because I forgot all about it they told me it was also on my charge 1-20---well I called acaiberry and waited on hold for 1 hour. The girl told me to find out where it was. they shipped in Dec and I never received it. Than the shipment that went out on 1-20-09 was to arrive at my house on Tuesday the following week and I was suppose to ship that back--that order was never received. i guess that would have been 1-27-09---I never received that shipment either. I call the # that was on my credit card and keep it on speaker phone and nobody answers.
Do not get this product it is a rip off

I have the same complaint as everyone. I rec'd this stupid product in the mail and have no earthly idea how this company got my address!!! I have not seen the amount charged on any of my credit cards as of yet. However, I like the rest of you can't find a phone number. If anyone gets any information about this scam.. lets pass it on.

No site to cancel
I hope they don't charge my account aagain!! I sent back two unopened bottles of Acaiberry Maxx and wrote them to do not charge me again for any further shipments!!
I don't trust these people who say they have a cancel site and then you go to it and find out they don't but hear of other people who have been ripped off!!!
This Must Stop!!!

unauthorisized charge
I had ordered the Acai Maxx & paid the shipping. They did not note in the advertisement this was a membership. I ordered two bottles that way. Then I show a charge on 1/22/2009 of $85.90 0on my bank statement. I hope they don't charge me twice. I would appreciate my money back. I can't afford these charges. If I had of known it was a membership, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place.
