collection call
I ordered the product in June 2009 and paid the small shipping and handling fee. I received a call from a man at some collection agency on Dec. 23, 2010 saying I owe this company $80.00 for this product. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and internet fraud unit.

unauthorized charges
I ordered a free sample of Acai Nutraburst for $3.95 for shipping. It was to be a free sample and if you didn't cancel in 30 days they would send you aditional products each mo. I cancelled within 2 weeks because my Dr. said I was not to take it because it contained hoodia. When I called and cancelled they were very rude and nasty. Yesterday I received a call from a collection agency saying that I owed this company $80.00 for the product and that my credit card had been declined as expired. This had been ordered last July, 2009. I no longer have a credit card with that ending number. Iasked them to tell me the address of the company or the phone number or the name of the credit card but they said they didn't have it. They evehn offered to take $60.00 but I told them no. Unauthorized Credit Card Charge
Ordered free supply of Acai Nutraburst for shipping at $4.95. Within days was charged 74.99 for a bottle of Acai Nutraburst I did not order. No fine print for automatic enrollment on web-site - no way given to contact the company to get my money back or where to return the product. Finally got w/ my bank to block the charges after the first two. No refund given - no answer to e-mails. Total waste of time and money - such a scam.

unauthorized charges
I called several months ago to cancel future shipments of the Acai because I can't take them. They said it was fine but last week I received another bottle and a charge of $74.94 on my credit card; I tried calling them on several occasions to cancel but their system hangs up on me due to a system upgrade. Today I got another bottle with another charge of$74.94 on my credit card. When I called to try and stop this the message says to e-mail them @info@acainutraburst for faster service. What a rip off. Please get me off their list. Thank you.

Order ed "Free" trial bottle on June 8, by June 23 had another bottle show up and a charge for $74.94! Keep getting these charges as of July 21, Aug 19 - called to cancel after on Aug 22 and another package showed up Aug 24. Customer service rep was mean and said no refunds because we didn't contact them after the first bottle! I didn't authorize any more bottles or want them or know I was going to be automatically charged for them. After cancelling on Aug 24 and no more shipments have come, I received another $74.94 charge to my account on Oct 9. Now they are just charging me for nothing. I am blocking my card to start.

NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY ON RETURNED PRODUCT AS PROMISED
I RECEIVED A 2ND BOTTLE OF PRODUCT AND RETURNED IT UNOPENED AS TOLD TO DO BY THEIR REPRESENTATIVE IN ORDER TO GAIN A REFUND. I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR 4 MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY BACK WITH THE RESPONSE FROM THEM EACH TIME I CALL AS "IT WILL BE ON YOUR NEXT STATEMENT". WHEN IT WASN'T I WOULD CALL THEM BACK AND GET THE SAME RESPONSE. 2 WEEKS AGO I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY HAD CHANGED THEIR BILLING SYSTEM AND MY MONEY WOULD BE BACK IN MY ACCOUNT THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. IT WASN'T. I WAITED ANOTHER WEEK AND CALLED THEM BACK. THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN TOO LONG TO ISSUE A REFUND. I SAID I HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND SINCE JUNE WHEN I RETURNED THE PRODUCT. THE GUY NAMED MIKE SAID HE WAS A SUPERVISOR AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I HAD WAITED TOO LONG. I SAID I HAD BEEN TRYING AND KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM THEM. HE WAS LIKE TOO BAD BUT WE CAN SEND YOU THE PRODUCT AGAIN. NO THANKS...I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH. I WANT MY $74.94 BACK THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR A USELESS PRODUCT.

unauthorized charges to my chicking account
On June 5, 2009 I responded to an offer on the internet for a 30 FREE TRIAL of NutraBurst. Almost immediately a confirmation of this offer came saying that it would be delivered in the next 24 hours. On June 20th it came followed almost immediately by a bottle with a customer service # P.O.#ACN51824. I did n't think anything of it until my bank statement came in with a charge of $79.90 for this 2nd bottle. I did have the $4.95, which I expected to pay, for the trial bottle on my account. I didn't call immediately as I wound up in the hospital for almost a week. When I did call they told me that I had gone past the trial date return and that they could not refund me. They would however, send me the bottle that I had sent back to them. It's been 3 months now and I still have not received the bottle---let alone a refund!!! After that charge on my account I notified my bank not to accept any other bills, etc. from this company. I have all correspondence with them in my possession should you need to see them.

I ordered a free trial with $1.99 shipping on line and was scammed for $74.94. When I tried to call them, I got voice mail requesting my name and number with a promise of a call back within 72 hours. That did not happen. No one called me back. I tried numerous times to contact them. After no success, I filed a complaint with the California Better Business Bureau and put it out on McAfee that this company does fraudulent business. I am still fighting with my bank to get my money back. They tried to send more product but I refused it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

don't hardly get chance to try product & another bottle shows up. Thats not a free trial.
Ordered free sample, hardly got chance to try free product & second bottle shows up for 74.94. Usually free trial is at least 30 days not 10.

What a RIPOFF!! Tell everyone NOT to order this crap...they will keep sending it and charging you month after month, every two weeks for $75 per bottle...SCAMMERS...Good ole Dr OZ and his cronies should be ashamed...that "free" bottle will cost you hundreds by this RIPOFF SCAMMING company...do not order...
