I agreed to try their pills for $1.99. They sent them promptly, and I assumed I had a reasonable time to decide if I wanted more. I broke my foot and my husband was in the hospital, so I never thought of it again, and I got another bottle of pills and a bill for $74.94. I was so angry that I rewrapped the pills and sent them back by U. S. mail and I told them to cancel. Then my credit card bill arrived with the charge on it. I called and was told computers were down, then I sent an e-mail, then I called again, and was told they never received the pills. I've never received any notice of credit.

Twice AcaiNutraburst Has withdrawn from my bank without authorization I canceled 10 days after my free trial arrived. because i cannot affored them at this time. My account needs to be replenished with $154.00 asap

I ordered a bottle of Acai, at which time I was told it was Free and that I only paid for $1.99 shipping and handling for 30 days, I ordered Aug. 06, now it Aug 20, and I was charged $ 74. plus change for what I don't know, I think the BBB needs to investigate this company.

Acai Nutraburst pills not authorized to ship. I ordered a free bottle of these pills online on 7-31-2009 for a shipping charge of $4.95. Then I got a charge of $74.94 on my credit card for another shipment. I did not authorize them to send me more pills. First, they are over-priced for the product and second, 14 days is not enough time to see if something is goint to work for you. I called the company, after I found a number to get ahold of them, and they were very aggressive with me about canceling this order. I finally got a cancelation number, but I am still going to my bank and having a stop order put on my checking for this and any future charges that might come from this company. Please beware of this company and their bad business practices.

They claim to have a risk free trial. However, that is not the case. I placed the order that was supposed to be a 14-day trial. If we were not satisfied with the product we could cancel our subscription within the 14 days. So I did that. However, as I later was charged $74.94 to my card, I learned that they had already charged another month's supply and mailed it to my house. This was because I cancelled my account within 14day of the pills arriving at my house, but they charged me based on when I had placed the order. Therefore, according to them I was out of the 14 days. I called and wanted a refund and they said, sorry a fully refund is not possible. Now I had to pay to mail it to return it and they will only refund me $50. This company uses confusing documents and letters, terms and conditions and doesn't tell you anything. They hope you won't notice and then bill you. They are a complete scam and should not be allowed to be in business. Do not ever order anything from them. The trial product didn't even work either.
