I ordered a free sample of Acai Nutraburst and I just had to pay for the shipping. Next thing you know I get another bottle in the mail & it said $74.94 on the paper so I called my credit card and sure enough it was on there. I called numerous times just to be placed on hold for about 45min. I was given a confirm# and they said I would be reinbursed that was 3 Wks ago. I also had to pay to mail it back to them

Do not fall for the crap this company tells you! If the tablets do NOT work, you have just 14 days to cancel your "order"...Otherwise they will send you another bottle for the mere price of $74.94! I have reported them to Consumer affairs, and the BBB! I am sending my "new" bottle back to them, and they said that they will only credit me $49.95 for re-stocking fees! Nothing else! I am working with Mastercard to dispute the charge! What a mess! I am 72, & just too old for this crap!

I ordered the free sample and authorized $4.95 to be taken out of my account. Without my authorization they sent another bottle and took it out of my account. I was also charged a $25.00 overdraft fee from my bank. I want this money returned to my account. I had to put money into my account to cover the charge for the product and the overdraft fee. Thank-you for your help and I hope this matter can be resolved.

I cancelled this subscription last month. This company makes it very hard to contact them. They keep billing my credit card and I am furious! I want something done about it!!!

On 6/23/09 I ordered the $4.95 sample bottle of Acai Nutraburst, in which it took almost 2 weeks to come in the mail. I thought I was being a smart shopper, and had made copies of my confirmation # along with a copy of their terms and conditions. I did try multiple times to contact this company with no success at all. All that ever happened when I called was it would play music for God knows how long. No one would ever answer the phone. And after the 14 days was up I discovered that this company had taken $75 out of my bank account without my consent. That explains to me, why my debit card was declined, when I tried to by my son a birthday present. I couldn't tell you if the stuff works or not, because I too pissed off to try it. It was order # 5085272 .I will attempt to send it back for a full refund, but I can tell you, this company is nothing but a scam. There's no other way to put it. I've had to change my bank account info., just to put it all to a stop. My next step is contacting the BBB, along with a few of my own opinions in the areas local papers, to let as many know what happened to me, and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Our local news station has a complaint section on it's show, so they'll hear about this as well. I can't stand getting screwed like this. It may have only been $75 to this company but it was much, much, more to me. The same day I ordered the $4.95 sample bottle, I also order a different $4.95 sample bottle of Nature Cleanse, in which this same exact scenario took place, They took a whopping $89.00 out of that same account. <br />
It was order #5085423. Did anyone catch how both my order numbers both start with 5085????? The funny thing is this stuff was really actually on Oprah Winfrey. I did see that particular show. I just wonder if Opra Winfrey knows these 2 companies are using video from that show to market this product in such an unscrupulous way?? I think I'll just send this to her too. What's it goona hurt?
