I WANT MY MONEY!
I want my money back!!How do I do this? I ordered the free trial and recieved another bottle. When I called to cancel they said I wouldnt get a refund but I could give it to my friends or family!!! I don't want to do this I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

unlawful charges to credit card account
unlawful charges were made to my credit card account that i did not authorize. this needs to be taken care of as soon as possible i have contacted my credit card compony and disputed the charge and have been unable to contact the company at this time .please stop all charges.

been trying to cancel
I have been trying for a week to get a hold of someone. No one would answer phone. I wanted to cancel, and I received another bottle today, which the will be taking out $74.94 out of my account. I cannot take this med.p.o.#acn91050. Why cant I get any one to answer? What can I do about this? The last time I called 7/13/09, I was on hold for 20 minutes. A female kept saying someone will be with you shortly. That never happened. THANK YOU CONNIE ELLER

Un Authorized Charge to my Checking Acct
I ordered Acai Nutraburst which was a special just to pay shipping and handling of 4.95 and Colon Cleanser 4.95 to be deducted from my checking acct on ebilling. On 7/9/09 I was charged 74.94 on ebilling from my checking acct and called and was told that they had mailed me another bottle and those were the charges. This was done without my permission, I am outraged. I spoke to the customer service rep and he was the most nasty, hateful and disrespectful person I have ever spoken to. I need my money back. I told them that I had been out of town when my trial specials were delivered and I am diabetic, heart condition, etc and that I have to contact my Diabetic Doctor before I try them. I did not order anymore pills and I need my 74.94 back. This is a ripoff. Please help me. Carolyn LaPointe

unable to cancel
This company is nearly impossible to contact. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then disconected, when I tried to call back the line was busy for 30 minutes. I finally got thru and spoke to a representative after 45 minutes.
I placed the trial order of Acai Nutraburst and was to pay $4.95 S & P ONLY. I called to cancel the product and was advised $74.94 had already been charged to my account they would not refund the money. To make things worse, the product does not work. This is a scam

cannot take product
I called company before trial period ended because I cannot take product due to medical conditions. They still charged my account and shipped another bottle. I am on medical leave due to health conditions.

Did not want another order
Being charged for another bottle of acai which was never agreed to have order continued. Spoke to representative and said that I did not want another shipment sent. The product does not work. Still was being charged for something that was never received. Tried to reach the number several times and was not successfull. Tried after several weeks and the recording says number disconnected.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered the free sample June 25th which I received on July 2nd. I was charged the 4.95 for shipping on June 26th then on July 10th another 74.95 was charged to my account. I called and scream to reverse the charges and got nowhere. I didn't even have the produt 15 days before they charged me. I say we should file aclass suit against this company and the way they do things. If there are any lawyers out there willing to help it would be great . THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ONCE AND FOR ALL BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCT DOESNT EVEN WORK !

credit card scam
they will not do refunds and will charge you 74.94 for a bottle of worthless vitamins. i spoke to customer service and was very aggressive in trying to get a refund and they did not budge. they offer satisfaction guaranteed and it is bull. i threatened to report them to the better business bureau and even to complain via the internet and they still would not give me my money back. do not order acai nutraburst. it is a a garbage product and an expensive scam that overdrew my account. do not get their trial offer.

SAME STORY HERE - 74.94. I DID ALOT OF RESEARCH AND YOU CAN FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER. IT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES AND HOPEFULLY IF ENOUGH PEOPLE GO THERE MAYBE WE CAN SHUT THESE CROOKS DOWN!
