I ordered the FREE bottle of Acai in late June. When I received it I read the WARNING and it is not recommeded to take with heart problems, high blood pressure etc. My doctor does NOT want me to take this supplement.
I have tried every day, many times a day since the day after I received this supplement to reach the company by phone but it is ALWAYS busy.
Now they have sent me another bottle. I do not want any more!!!

I am very upset about this.. On June of 2009 I ordered a FREE bottle of Acai and pay shipping and handling of $4.95 once that I saw online. Then weeks later they took out $79.94 without my permission (unauthorized) on July 1st, 2009. I do not know why they took it out and what it was coming from.. I DONT want another bottle.. Pls stop doing this.. And cancel too.. I did not reorder anything. I would like this bill to be taken off of my acct.
Also I want my money back asap.

ordered free trial and paid shipping amount of 4.95 as agreed 14 days later my credit card was then charged in the amount of 74.99 and no other products were shipped or received for this money. Multiple attemps to contact the companyvia phone and e-mail with no sucess at all.

This product (free sample) was processed on 6-5-09 and not recd till 6-15-09 I rec'd a second shipment on 6-29-09 billed to my credit card a full week before that. I can reach no one at that location or phone number. I want my money back!!!

I too have been scammed, I went on line to order the free product ACAI Nutraburst. You know the one...free, pay only shipping and handling. Initially the ship and handling was $4.99 and when I wasn't sure about ordering it, I attempted to click off the web site. And the site would not disappear, they kept lowering the shipping until I was hooked at $2.99. And now it's not even 2 weeks later I've been charged over $247.84 in products that I've never ordered. And products that I have never received. Forget about using the suggested phone numbers for customer service. Even the number 1-866-762-8701 which was on the purchase order is out of service! Finally I went on the website and logged onto "chat w/us", and spoke with a representitive, she actually argued with me saying that was not their product. I made a photo copy of our conversation, because she states that she "can't and won't" help me. Needless to say, I've had to cancel my bank card and fill out numerous paper work for my bank trying to retrieve some of my money back. Not to mention that my checking account is now "all jacked-up" with numerous bank charges for not allotting enough funds for these charges. All in total with the $247.84 unauthorized charges and $236.24 in bank charges that comes to $484.08. That's a expensive lesson for ordering something free and pay only $2.99 shipping and handling!!!
