taking money from accounts
i ordered 2 bottles of trail sized acai optimum, at £1.95 each. they took 2 lots of £63. 41 from my account without me autherising this. i have a printout of my order stating i would only pay £1.95. they keep talking about this rebate. then tell you its only any use in united states, so that doesnt help me much in the uk.
they say they will take another payment in 30 days, . im absolutely broke now, and i cant seem to get the bank to stop it. please be warned, they will just go round in circles trying to say you joined their fitness regime. i did now.

Fraudulant Charges
I tried to cancel my account on July 7 but was told I was a day late and owed the company $164.00 which they debited my account the day before. So I had to pay an additional $160.00 in NSF charges. So the dude I talked to said immediate cancellation was made July 7. Now the same thing happened in August. They said that I only cancelled my account for one product and the other product had been shipped. Another fraudlant debit to my account for $98.00 plus $160.00 in NSF charges to my bank account. There is no phone listing in Hollywood Florida so they must be dba another company name altogether. My frustration level, as you can imagine, is over the top but "there's nothing they can do". Don't get involved with these products and never give your account # over the internet. I'm now changing my account # with the bank and als0 my direct deposit which takes 2 months to activate. I'd rather weigh 500 pounds than have to deal again. ARGHHH!!!

charges
I order from the internet for try out they're suppose to only charge me for $1.99 for the shipping but instead they charge me $99.00 dollars. This is a false advertisement. So I have this acai optimum and I don't know if it is even worth it to even try coz' I feel I was betrayed from this advertisement...

Took out money from my bank account
Called them immediately when I found out that they where taking $99.96 out of my account for a free trial. They told me for $39, 99 they would cancel the order and I would get the free bottles (That I just paid $39.99 for) I went into my bank account and found that they had deleted the $99.96 and had taken out the $39, 99. Well I went back into my account and they had taken out 7 withdrawels. They deleted the $39.99 and charged me for (Service fee .04, service fee .04, service fee .04, Purchase $1.19, purchase $1.49, Purchase $1.49 and the $99.96 on top of that making a total of $104 .25 I am going to call them again at 1-877-825-1528 and to see if this can be straigtened out. If not then I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

NTR Acoptimumcs are cheating people by charging 98 dollars for a free sample of acaioptimum so better be awake when you see these fraud company be away or your credit card will be charged a heafty ammount without your knowledge

unauthorized charges
went to this website to order a trial product for $1.19 and after I gave the company my credit card information, they charged me $99.96 for the product and informed me that I should have read the fine print. I disputed the charges and cancelled the product. You can see the false advertising on the web site.

Fraud Charges
I ordered Acai Optimum/ Advanced Colon in the beginning of April 2010. I canceled within the 14 days. I have both cancelation numbers. They said I had to send the bottles back with the RNA Number. I also sent them back and fortunately I sent them through USPS with a delivery confirmation. On June 26, 2010 I receive to charges for $79 each. I called the company spoke with Louis - ID 031 and he said sorry never received them, the charges are validated and nothing that him or the supervisor could do. I said I was reporting them and he said rudely go away, it won't matter. I reported them to my back with all the cancelation numbers and delivery confirmation. The warehouse received it on April 19, 2010. Nice try Acai Optimum. Fortunately my card is now canceled and the money will be refunded immediately. I called back Acai Optimum because I wanted my delivery confirmation number in my file. ID 011 - boy he was a very rude. This incident may have been inconvenient for my however I am so thankful for my $1.80 delivery confirmation!

HELP TO THOSE SCAMMED!
I have had the experience that most the previous complaints have outlined! I was filling out the FBI scam form (as suggested by another) when I decided to do more research on this company. Since you receive no invoice, etc. it makes contact rather difficult (must blame myself for 99% of this )
They are Calais Naturals LLC which is actually in Florida and managed by a company called Sterling Management LLC. The complaints that have been filed against them is incredible (and you figure that is just those that know to file with the BBB) I am attaching the site so you will be able to get a refund ~AS I DID!!!
I can assure you that they will balk at this initially and give you the same line as the "customer care" dept. (interesting wording~care)!
Anyway, when you read to them the info from the BBB report they will change their tune. I was shocked at what was being charged to me! I ended up receiving 4 cancellation #'s!!!

$80.00 charge for free sample
Charge $ 80.00 for what was supposed to be free sample. Never used it --bottle not opened they will not accept it back. Quite a scam!!! Visa disput center not helping much at this point very discouaged!

DONT CHOOSE ACAI OPTIMUM to buy or trial whatever
Another unhappy customer of ACAI OPTIMUM here.
The ACAI OPTIMUM trial period didn't leave enough time for me to "evaluate".
It took ACAI OPTIMUM 11 days of their 14 days trial period to start the shipping process. By the time the item arrived it was 4 days outside the ACAI OPTIMUM trial period.
In their Terms and Conditions they try to get out of the liability to send ACAI OPTIMUM in time in order to blame the customer.
Lots of complaints about ACAI OPTIMUM here show that even cancellations WITHIN their trial period didn't stop ACAI OPTIMUM from charging fraudulently amounts from credit cards.
What a way to go.
I got a few phone calls through to them but as I read somewhere else here, these call centre employees seem to read of a manual. Same answers all the time, supervisor or not. The answers they add to complaints here come off a menu too by the looks of them.
I am quite curious, besides being furious, what they are going to answer to the email I send them today.
