i ordered back in september 2010 if not earlier. i sent back in the rebate form to get back my $100. i was informed it could take up to 3 months to process. It is now Feb. 13th 2011 and I have received nothing!! your product didn t even work correctly if actually threw my balance off and upset my normal actity and caused craps, gas and un comfortable in general. so not only did i overpay it s worth, i still don't have my rebate money as promised. i spent more money to send it registered mail which was signed by an employee at your rebate center dated 9/29/10
