money taken out of bank
purchased product for 2.49 per item recieved 2, On the first of march an amount of 64.74p was taken out of my account, without my authorisation, I can not contact the company, have notified my bank and cancelled my bank card .

its a con
This is blatently false advertising. The true cost should be in the advert and not hidden in the terms and conditions. This company is deliberately misleading their customers and using this product to rip off vunerable people who want to lose weight. If this company were geniune it shoulb be up-front in the advert. Good credit card companies will give you your money back as long as you can prove by postage you sent the stuff back. This company should be investigated but unfortunately there are many cons on the internet so be wary.

Have not received product
I to have been debited a months supply for the getslimpackage for a free trial and have not even received the package
I first ordered the free trial package and the next day read the previous complaint about being charged and the customer not being able to contact the company to cancel
I tried to contact the company on the 1800 number on my receipt and it was disconnected
I proceeded to cancel my credit card but this company had already processed the payment for one months supply before even sending out the product so much for a 3 day cooling off period, as the saying goes buyer beware and this is definetly a scam

unauthorised charges
I ordered my free trial of Super Acai Ultimate weight loss capsules...note: FREE TRIAL!!! Around a month later I noticed that £75 had been taken from my account...I didnt know what it was but on my statement where it had been deducted it had a phone number underneath, so I rang to find to find out who this was and they were less than helpful and told me that I had agreed to the charges which I certainly didnt because I wouldnt pay for something like that unless I knew it worked and they have refused to refund my money. so now I have the free trial capsules but am £75 out of pocket.

SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM, so i recieved the trial offer, called 12 days after to cancel, actually was able to speak to a live not very good english speaking person and was told it was canceled. recieved my bank statement, noticed charges, called and they told me i had never called, had no record of cancellation, so they charged me over $100, and told me to return the products that I HAVE NOT RECIEVED. to this day, 45 days later, i have not recieved any product to return, and had to cancel my credit card to avoid any more charges. I ordered the free trial bottle of Acai pills for postage only but have been charged full price of £65.00 and received nothing..how can I get my money back which was debited from my bank account here in the UK?

CHARGING AFTER I CANCELED
I CANCELED THIS PRODUCT AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME FOR IT. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY PRODUCT AND I WISH THEY WOULD JUST STOP BOTHING ME.

Money taken out of credit card
I applied for a free sample of the 2 Acai produccts and received them. The website was www.acai-pure.com but I cannot access it. I now realise that 'free' is not an Inernet word.
Two amounts of $127 have been taken from my Masterrcard. The bank says that there must have been a cllause (which I did not see) telling them I was subscribing. I was not. My bankk is doing something but says it will be 90 days before anything happens.
Will this work? If and when I get the items, I will return them to the sender and take note of the mail cost. I will contact the sender (?) and get off the list.
Please let me know what to do.
