Fraud Scam
I never ordered anything from ACAI, nor from Debt Eater's, yet both charged $29.95 against one of my accounts. Seems there is a connection between these two companies and a supposidly free sample I ordered from Skin Perfection, called LIFTSP. Since Jan. 12th, $218.90 has been deducted from one of my accounts.
I have contacted the FTC and BBB.
Also heard it would help to contact the Attorney General in Utah, since these companies seem to be operating out of that state. Perhaps that's not helping a lot, they have been perpetrating this fraud for well over a month and have not been shut down. I had to cancel my debit card and remove all cash from that account. It's terribly annoying to dispute, you are supposed to call these people ... oh, you can call, they just put you on permanent hold! Debt Eaters didn't even provide a phone number and still were able to deduct $29.95 from my account. After doing a search on them, guess you can't cancel that either. Somebody needs prison time! The number of complaints are unbelievable! Please report them to the FTC and BBB!

billing
i paid 5.95 for a free trial and never got it and i have been charged 88.62 for this trial . i have called and the man said i did not cancel in time but i have proof that i did cancel within the time limit he also said they will not refund my money. i have a dispute with the credit card company. this is outragous. I am paying for something and never got it.my total rip-off is 94.57and boy am i hot.

fraudulant charges
CANCELLED 1-10-09 TWO DAYS AFTER I ORDERED BECAUSE OF THE PUBLICIZED NEGATIVITY ON THIS PRODUCT... THAT IT WAS A SCAM. WAS GIVEN A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND WAS TOLD MY CC WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM AND STILL MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $87.13 TWICE. CALLED THIS CO. TWO MORE TIMES AND CANCELLATION NUMBER IS INVALID.
CLOSED MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT TO PREVENT FUTURE CHARGES. CANNOT SEEM TO GET ANYONE THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH WHEN I CALL THIS NUMBER TO ASK WHY I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED MY
$ 174.26. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND TO CLOSE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY DOWN!!!

false charge
I ordered the 14 day free sample with s/h and it took me into a screen that charded my credit card 213.67. I did not order this product and was assured by Geni and Robert that my card would be credited. This has put a hold on my account and need this to be credited immediately so I won't have to get my lawyer involved. My name is Billie R Davidson

NON RECIEPT OF MERCHANDISE
I had placed an order for ACAI BERRY product on 21 January, 2009, but i have neither recieved the merchandise nor any emails or phone calls though the money has been charged to my credit card.
I would like to have a refund for the money or the earliest delivery of the merchandise.

charged on my bank account
I ordered 2 trial bottles of Acai Noni and Acai Burn. $4.95 each. I checked my checking account and I had been charged $82.27 twice which I didn't authorize. The acai slimming diet refunded my $82.27. I'm having a difficult time locating the other party and when I call I'm getting the run around. I can't afford these charges and it's going to make my checks bounce. Please help me. All I have is on my bank statement is Pre Auth Dri*Reg.NetLoc: Regnetord.commn. Can you please help me? Thanks

Read The Terms
All of these customers who are writing wrongfully about this company need to come to reason with themselves that before placing the order online they have to read the terms and condition in which its clearly mentioned that if you do not cancel out within 14 days of ordering you will be placed into their auto bill program which is fair enough as long as its mentioned in black and white print. This is the case of our nation. These are the people that have had good education but yet fail to read through the term and conditions on the site. After all it’s not a yahoo or msn or face book account that you’re signing up for. The individual that are placing the orders online are FULLY aware of the situation that their putting their credit card details so they only really need to take at least 2 minutes out and read through the terms before going about and writing something against Cheshunt Overseas Ltd. This is what I have learned. Its not that I am a big fan of these people but their product actually works for me, so I thought ill write about it and just let u people know what you are doing is totally wrong and its only right that you take the responsibility and agree that you really need to learn how to read the terms and conditions before you go ahead and start writing about someone or some company.

took money from my account
I was charged for product that was supposed to be free or at a cost of $5.95. I was charged $86.00 on my credit card. It is a total rip off . When I called they said you have to call within 10 days to keep from getting charged for more product. Beware of using your debit card for any product.
