trying to cancel
I ordered the supposed free trial and they said because I did'nt check some box, whatever... chalked it up as bad decision. I called and supposedly canceled my subscription. The next month I have a debit on my account. I was on hold a total for of 145 min and counting... I can't believe that oprah endorses this company and their behavior. I have a feeling that I'm going to have to close my account just so that they will stop charging me for this service... I can't believe my bank won't do anything. Well I learned never to purchase anything with my debit card ever again... Paypal it is from now on!!!

Scam
This is a scam. They send you and email saying you qualified for a free trial of this product. Then they proceed to bill you 44.95 for what they say is another product that enhances the Acai. They have Oprah's picture so you think Oprah is promoting their product. Well, another nasty surprise is that the next month another charge appeared on my credit card and when you try to contact their phone number you only get music saying
that "due to the popularity of their product your wait time is" 48 minutes. They say if you need online help to go to www.gethelp.com which turns out to be a useless webpage with some drug related links. They will charge your account every month it appears and there is no way to contact them and stop it so I started an investigation with American Express to stop the charges. Beware, don't fall for this scam.

Billed Charges
I did not recieve the product and they state I did, then I cancel the product on Nov 12, on Nov 24 or 25 I finally receive a bottle, after I canceled. They state it was mail on Nov 6. Now they have charged me another $78 and refuse to refund even if I send the product back. Their add is very misleading and they have a third party company handling their "Customer Service Calls" so they do not have to answer to anyone. They do not provide a physical address or direct phone number. There is no way to deal directly with the company, if it even is a legimate company. They, in my option, stole $160.00 from me and no one can do anything. And people wonder why we do not trust shopping on the internet. There are many more out there and no regulates them. Unbelievable.

ACAI scam
I too was scammed when I tried to order a free trial for 4.95 but was later charged 44.85. If anyone knows how we can terminate the ongoing charges without cancelling our bank accounts, please advise.

have not received product
charged for shipping and never received the product and it looks like there are other complaints too. I do not want charged 78.00 DOLLARS a month for something I don't have.

over-charges to my account
In ordered ACAI and BODY CLENSE products online I was supposed to only be charged the shipping charges of $2.95 and $5.95. I have sustained charges of $29.95 and $89.31 from my checking account. When trying to contact these people by telephone - you get put on hold for extended periods of time with no one ever answering your call. APPEARS THAT THESE COMPANIES ARE SCAM Artists*

charges to my account
I ordered from this company on November 6 - I have been trying to call and cancel, but was continuously disconnected. I have not received my trial offer yet - and on the 18th my account was billed 2 times for 29.95.
I finally got through to cancel - (I had 14 days to cancel and on the 15th day they said my account would be billed) They informed me that I only had 7 days to cancel, and that I had placed the order twice.
I am FURIOUS that I fell for such a scam!!!
