Over charged never recieved product
I never recieved any of the acai I paid for they ahve charged me 2 times this month already! I want all my money retured!

keep on sending product/when i did't order it
when they sent you the product and you sent it back they charge you 15% for restocking fee. i wrote them a letter and told them not to send me this product and they sent it to me again. this company is not a good company to do business with. it took me a hour to stay on the phone to wait for them to talk to.

Refund Money
Refund due to me a total of $79.76. FIrst, I never gave you the authorIty to send me the bottle, due to I beleive my 30 days was not up yet. Second, when I called spoke wIth someone In customer servIce. The lady I spoke wIth told me I can not return the product untIl I receIved a return materIal authorIzatIon number In whIch the lady dId emaIl It to me and I prInt It and return the product wIth the letter that was sent to me. Know accordIng to the letter that was forward to me wIth authorIzIng number was Oct. 6th I return the product with letter (copy). Know i received another email on 10/28 stating they willnot credit my account due to late arrival. I return product as soon as It was receIved thats was not my probblem. I requested that my account be credIt asap. That's my money and If I do not see my account credIt by tomorrow that I wIll be force to call better busIness burIals and consumer businees burial also seek legal help some how. ThIs Is not polItIcally in correct and I need to see thIs sItuatIon straIghten out asap.
Again, i send product as i promise then you need to filfilled your side of obligation as well.

billed after free sample
Ad said nothing about paying for anyhting I did not order. Free sample for fourteen days. The company did not wait the fourteen days for me to try before billing my account.

Charges
I agreed to get a sample of Acai and pay the shipping of $4.87. But now my credit card is being charged $74.76 on 8/22/08 and $5.67 on 9/11/08 from SE Westminster. When I call the phone number 888-289-8740 I get a recording and put on hold or told to go on line to www.gohelpnow.com, which doesn't connect me to the company at all. These are unauthorized charges. What can I do to stop them?
