money was taken from my bank account and i received neither the acai or the colon cleanser
i ordered the acai burn and colon cleanser and i never received any of them yet the money was taken from my credit card. where are my orders? if i dont get them i am going to sew the company for fraud and false advertisement.

Ripped off
I have the same complaint, money taken out of my credit card to the tune of $133.62, two times befor I realized what was happening. I was lucky enough to reach an agent, and after explaining my complaint, that I did not receive the product, but was charged for it, was told after she tried to explain, that orders were sent every fifteen days, but my last order was declined due to lack of funds. Oh lucky me, then she said as I didn't understand she could no longer speak with me. I never received any product, except for the free one.

product not ordered
This company continues to charge my credit card and deliver bottles of this stuff. There is no statement in the packages. I do not have a physical address to return the stuff to. The phone# on my bank statement isn't a working number. The website isn't legit.
I am unable to stop this product from being sent to me.
They've started sending the product to my job. I think they're getting my address from Amazon. That's going to be my next step.
I need them to stop. it's a scam!

over charging
I ORDERED MY FREE TRIAL WITH AN ADVERTISED PRICE OF $4.95. WEN I RECIEVED MY RECIEPT IT WAS $14.95. THIS PRICE WAS LISTED NOWHERE. FOR OTHERS I DO HAVE A DIFFERENT NUMBER U CAN TRY.08006800623. THANKYOU.

unorthorthised debit
I have been debited a sum of $500+- from my credit card account after i ordered a free sample of acai berry diet tablets. I was signed up for memebership and website access and costs was debited from my account unbeknown to me. Consulted the help centre and was told that all transactions would stop. It did but no money was reimbursed. Still wanting to know what gives these people th right to unlawfully access my accoutn and take my money.
Another question how did VHS complaints board get access to my account details to debit money $4.98 and $10.80 from my account without my knowledge. this is very concerning as well. Are you planning on taking any more funds from my account without my knowledge? This is crazy are you here to help or what is this tooooooooooooo...
Please explain because i will advise my bank to cancel all debit payments pertaining to my credit card.

More than £300 has been taken from my account
My name is Stanislas Amekudi, I saw one day an advert flushing in my computer. It's all about diet. Colon cleanse and Acai.
On the beginning of July if I do remember, the company offering one week trial and all you have to pay is the shipping; which is £3.70, I believe.
I EVEN DON'T USE IT. Because whenever I took it, I feel sick and deasy. so I stop taking it. ( I can send the 2 products as evidence)
Then I went for holidays, from my internet banking I find out twice £71.87 + £1.50 and twice £74.21 +£1.50 has been taken from my account.
I report the transaction to my Bank as fraud because that name doesn't ring bell in the first place.
The my Bank find out that, was from Acai Berry and Life cleanse.
Because I already use my card with the company, my Bank ask me to contact directly the company to dispute the transaction.
I NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU, THE SAMPLE THAT I HAVE GOT IN THE BEGINNING, I STILL HAVE THEM.
I CAN'T SEE THE REASON WHY THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT DELAY.

Charges
I to was charged 24.95 for joining a club, that i didn't join, and 64.95 for the 14 day free trial bottle of Acai.I had no idea so many people had been ripped off by this company. O M G .
