Acai Reviews

Unable to cancel
I placed an order yesterday for a free trial thinking it was only going to be $2 for shipping and handling. After I put in my information like an idiot, they charged me $86.00. I immediately tried to cancel online by using the chat line, then I called and they both told me to wait 24 hours. I think Rachel Ray needs to rethink the products she supports. Is she even aware they use her face as a comforter to order online. I cancelled my debit card today and hopefully this will help. Thanks for sharing your experiences, this has made me a much smarter online shopper.

Acai
I also ordered some samples of acai berry and life cleanse by Viv3 at the amount of 3.95E for the shipping and 2 weeks after, I received 3 bottles at the price of 130$ each. I never ordered them. I think I'll need to cancel my credit card. They are unhonest companies and Beware of them!!!

Shipping fee and billing
I was online and I saw this free product, I received one bottle of ACAI
dietary supplement, which they charged my account for shipping of $2.87, I didn't mind this, but turns out there is another charge for $89.74 for product I have not even received. Besides I was on the phone with them and told them I didn't want to participate in their program, I told them I was trying their free offer only, she said No that was incorrect it would be a monthly supply. I was very adamant about the fact they advertise it free and that is all I wanted was the free product and nothing else.
I placed a call to the toll free number on my statement and all I get is music, a woman stating they will be glad to answer any questions and I was being transferred to the main menu, more music, then the same message over and over. This is a major rip off and full of lies.

fraud rip off
This product made me sick and I had to seek medical attention. I called the company and canceled before the 15 day trial ended. Since then I have been billed $74.90 in the last two months. I called again after the second bill and complained. They said they had never received any call. I had sent the product back twice now and said do not send again. They said it would be cancelled now but no refund could be given because they had no record of my calls. This company and their product are a rip off and they don't have good customer relations. Don't buy this product unless you want to get billed for at least $150.00 They suck.

There is actually NO ACAI in these "free trials"
I've done some research. I thought that instead of posting this on complaints, I would just write a complaint about it myself. All of this information I am telling you is true. I've also read from one poster that Acaiburn's primary ingredient isw actually very dangerous. Due to the fact that around 10 years ago the FDA stopped regulating herbs, it is allowing the herb industry to get away with anything, potentially even murder from the dangerous ingredients that these products actually contain.
I would venture to say that ALL of the "free trial" acai pills actually either do not even contain acai, or it is in such a neglible amount that it is basically nonexistent (They may throw in a VERY miniscule amount of it, just so they can list it on the ingredients). Feel free to test my theory by getting you "free trial" pills tested. And I'm sure some of the Acaiburn employees will come on here with a copied and pasted script that will have nothing to do with what I'm saying here. If any of you employees actually read this, or if I'm super lucky, the owner, then if your product is SO amazing, I'm sure you have absolutely no problem with your customers getting the ingredients tested, right?! Watch, LOL the employees will come on here with a copied and pasted script that addresses nothing I'm saying here!
FYI about these deceitful advertising practices, ALL of these blogs are FAKE. Instead of a "mom" it is probably some sleezy man making up a huge lie. Then he lies further with fake comments. Also, they either steal photos, or take them from stock sites. In those fake comments, a lot of times their "children" will comment and testify what an AMAZING transformation their "mom" has undergone. I truly believe these scamsters have multiple personality disorder!
ON TOP OF THAT:
You do know that herbs and all aren't regulated by the FDA, meaning that they can basically put anything into those pills that they want and it is not checked for quality or regulated at all. It's a FACT that these sites selling "free trials" (which is just a trick to get your cc#) pretty much never even put acai in the pills. They cost $1.50 PER BOTTLE!!! and then they turn around and charge your card for about $90! If you don't believe me, go and get some of your "free" pills and get them tested. They won't even have acai in them! (although I don't understand how they can call their product "free" if they charge $90 for it)
P.S. The scamster who made up that "blog" gets a comission off of every nonfree trial. That means you are personally paying the liar for cheating and stealing from you!

Business practices
After enrolling for a free trial of XM brand Acai liquid capsules... just pay $15 for shipping ... I was billed for $140 on my credit card just 4 days after recieving the product. After calling them they said this is in the terms and conditions and it was my fault for not reading this and that the cancellation could have been done if I would have called them within 10 days of me placing the order. I did not receive the order until 12 days after the order had been placed. They said they will credit me back $50 but that is all. Beware beware beware. Too bad companies like this are allowed to do business on the net as I know I will curb my activity for purchases after this. In short ... for my $105 bucks US I will have 4 bottles of their Acai tablets and that is if they really do return the $50 bucks. I now read all the complaints about this company on the net and I am sorry I was suckered in . I trusted the website where I had found the advertisement to have reputable businesses on their site but I will be advising them of the type of business they have advertising on their site.
Their product may be good but there business practises are definitely not.
