Ordered sample of Acai product and agreed to pay shipping. 2 weeks later my credit card was billed $88.55. Didn't want to open package will return it with request for refund. Came across this website trying to identify the company.

I, too have fallen victim of fraud. This company is charging me each month for acai pills which I receieved from China but I have tried to cancel this, as I see no difference in my health. It is certainly not worth more than $80.00 per month!
I have asked my bank for an address to write to but all they gave me was a phone number. I can see, by other comments that the phone number will not help.
The only thing I can do, at this point is notify BBB and hope they can help.

I HAVE BEEN CHARGE FOR PILLS AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED AND FINUALLY WAS SEND ONE BOTTLE 60 PILLS AND CHARGED $79.96- BUT WAS CHARGED TWICE MARCH 25, 2009 AND APRIL 24, 2009 AND NO PRODUCT SENT TO ME SINCE. I CAN NOT AFFORT THIS .

I also got screwed, these poeple are THIEVES.
I ordered the trial, never received apparently got stuck at Canadian custom for some reason, they told me they can send me another BUT they charged me again!!! What is that???

I didn't let things go as far as getting ripped off, thanks to the comments on this website-thankyou. I rang my bank and told them what was happening and they immediatly cancelled my debit card so that no more payments could be taken - and I havent even received my "free" trial yet! Thanks guys, i'll be more careful in future and only buy from trusted sites. If anyone is still getting charged, ring your bank, have your card cancelled and get them to issue a new one, the long number on the front is slightly different and the security number on the back is changed so the offending company can no longer take any more money. I tried ringing acia on the number the live chat assistant gave me ( 0800 6800 623 ) and although I got through, it was a recording telling me they are closed and opening hours were 7am - 7pm mountain time what ever that means! I rang at all times of the day but got the same message. Hopefully all you guys out there get a result!
