Not being able to contact for cancellation of product delivery
The promotion was as such. You could receive free trial supply, and if you were not satified, you could cancel the order. No address, e-mail or phone is provided for cancellation.
I wish to cancel delivery of product, and do not wish deductions to be taken from checking account.

partial refund charge 2x in 1 month
charge me twice in 1 month and returned both bottles 1 was opened and partially used. only refunded 1 payment of 59.99 and nothing on the other of 59.99(should get a partial credit). terrible company!

unauthorized payments
took unauthorized payments of $24.95 and 64.95 from my account even after I tried to call day after day before my trial was up. Could never get through to the company then when I finally did they told me some of the wait times were 2 hours that I should have sat on hold. This company is a scam and they are stealing alot of money from people and need to be stopped!!!

refund
I bought this product free trial for 14 days. I received the product and never use it but got charged 78.81 for it on my credit card. I call 1866-964-1011 to complain about the money being charged on my credit card March 16, 2009. I spoke to a representative March 18, 2009 and the gentelmen told me to return the product if it wasn't open and I specifically told him to cancel the trial and no more charges on my account. Which I mailed the product and you guys recieved it. I looked at my credit card statement and still saw charges for 78.81that was refunded today Tuesday March 31, 2009 by Raymond and to call back for unathorized charges for 83.80. Why? becuase I cancelled back in March 18, 2009. As fas as I'm concerned my Credit card was used with no authorization.

shipment & unauthorized credit card use x2
Originally requested a free sample of product. Received it. 2 weeks later a charge for $89.95 appeared on my debit account. I entered a complaint.
Today an charge for $29.95, transaction #73919400, is showing on the same debit account. This is fraudlent use of my debit card. I will also be reporting to the bank.

UNWANTED PRODUCT
ORDERED TRIAL SIZE FOR $3.95 AND TOLD THEM I DIDNT WANT MY CHARGE CARD TO BE CHARGED FOR ANYMORE AND I GOT MY BILL AND THERE IS A CHARGE FOR #79.95 FOR ANOTHER ORDER OF ACAI WHICH I TOLD THEM TO CANCEAL ..SO I WOULD LIKE THIS TAKEN OFF MY CHARGE CARD BILL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND PLEASE SEND ME CONFERMATION OF THIS MATTER AND THAT I E-MAILED YOU PEOPLE BACK ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AS I DID-THANK-YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF THIS MATTER

SCAM
I purchased a 'trial' bottle of ACAI pills from a promotion online. I did not receive the order (that I was to pay shipping ONLY) until 11 days later. Fortunately I read the literature sent with the product, which stated that my credit would be charged 72.00 (and change) after 15 days. I tried to call and cancel but was unable to communicate with anyone, ONLY recordings. I canceled my card that day to ensure I would not be charged. Since that time I've read about countless reports and complaints that echo mine. BEWARE.
