Overcharged
I ordered a free trail of Acai Power for only the cost of shipping and 2 weeks later I was charge $127!!! Nowhere on their website did it say there was an additional fee and I will fight for this charge to be removed! This is a total scam and is not worth it. Plus their product does not even work! Now I have no money for gas or bills.

Fraud Alert
Do not order from this company. It is a total scam. I had to go to my bank and cancel my debit card and reorder a new one. Ordered free trial which I received after I was billed for whole order. Can't reach anyone by phone. Received emailing stating they could do this. I demanded they cancel my order and they proceeded to take an additional 200.00 out of my bank account. YES, THEY STOLE IT RIGHT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Can't reach anyone at company. Bank informed me it was a fraud.

shipping adress
i booked for acai free trail product and gave a shipping adress and whie paying bill i wrote billing adress but they send the pronduct on billing address so i tried to cancel the order but they did not sent details of that order by mail

Charged for 2 months when I only signed for free trial
I signed up for a free trial of acai power. I didn't receive my product when I was charged $79. I finally received my 'free trial' and the same day was charged a further $80! I cant contact this company and have sent a number of emails but with no joy.

Unarthorized charge
I requested a trial offer and was to be charged $4.95 for shipping and handling. I received the product and was charged. However, I am was charged $44.90 a month later for a product I have never received nor do I want. I am unable to reach anyone who can help me.
When I ordered this item I asked if it was a one time charge because that was all I authorized my account to be charged. Their webvsit claims the extra charge is for those who have selected to order other products which I did not. I specifically stated that if I had to order anything else or get other shipments I would not be interested in this purchase.

OVERCHARGE
I SIGNED UP FOR A TRAIL OFFER FOR $2.95 SHIPPING COST.I RECEIVED THE TRAIL PRODUCT WHICH I TRIED AND DIDN'T CARE FOR THEN A COUPLE WEEKS LATER THEY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD $39.95 WHICH I HAD NO INTENTION EVER USING THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT BLOATS ME. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL ANY FUTHER CHARGES ALSO TO HAVE MY MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS JOINING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. I ALSO DID NOT AUTORIZED THEM TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD $39.95 ONLY THE $2.95FOR SHIPPING

I signed up for a trial offer. I received the trial product then they billed my credit card 38.95$. I haven't received the product. which I don't want anyway. I would like to cancel the membership.

sent things I did not ordered and was charged
I ordered Acai trail and they sent so water and gum also and again the bill was for 44.85 they charged me for the 29.95 for a 1 oz bottle of hoodia water and 9.95 for 12 pieces of hoodia gum. I tell you what I would open the water and have the water tested by my son who works for the water dept. here wher we live but I would feel like a real dummy that I would get sucked in to such a scam. My first phone call to them I had to wait on the phone for an hour and they gave me a 20.00 refund. but I find on my email that it was dated for 11/12/08 and I did not even receive the products until 12/06/08 . this is a big rip off don't waste for time or money it does not work and I get the feeling they could care less they just want their money.

charging for suppliments, I don't want
I accepted a trial offer on Acai Power, and have been billed 2 times for 44.85, and have already returned the original. I checked my bank statement today, and there is a double charge. They owe me 89.70, or at least to credit my account. I am really pissed. I am notifying my bank. This is a scam... I started to call them, and there was a 58minute wait to talk to someone. This is rediculous.
