Ordered free bottle of product and paid for shipping with my bank card. Got a call the day following the order online from the sales dept stating I had ordered the monthly shipping at $39.95/mo + shipping. I told him i DID NOT order any monthly service, only the free bottle and do NOT charge my card. I was very emphatic about it so there would be no misunderstanding. This product was ordered online on Saturday, July 11th. On the same day 12th the salesman called and I told him no additional service. On the following Monday, July 13th, I see that the $39.95 charge is pending on my bank account along with shipping charge for the free bottle.
I called the 866 number to stop the transaction and they said they could not put thru a void but I would have to wait until I receive the product and then return it at my own expense. I told them they had committed fraud when they charged by card against my instructions. The conversation was supposed to have been recorded. They say they cannot return my shipping charges or the cost to return the product. I want it all returned. Actually, I WANT the transaction to not go thru my account.
