I order a risk free trial for $4.95. I was shipped 5 packages. Didn't think anything about it I figured if I could actually lose weight on it I could use them all. Then I noticed charges on my checking account later. There were 4 charges of $79.90 each and 1 charge of $38.95. I called to speak to a representative and she told me to send them back for a refund. I needed to call back in a few days with a comfirmation delivery #. So 3 days later I called back and asked for a refund. I was told that since I shipped them all back together that I could get a refund for the cheapest one of $38.95 and would have to wait 2-6 wks for them to confirm the rest. I asked to speak to a manager and he was rude and just tired to get me off the phone. 3 days later there were more charges on my account. I have now been charged $358.55 for the product and it has caused my checkbook to be overdrawn causing me bank fees of $375.00 for a total of $733.55. I called back today and was advised to send all my information to the compliant department at [email protected] and they would issued me a refund. But are they going to pay all my fees too??? I also called my bank a reported my card stolen. To me they have stolen my money. This is the biggest fraud I have ever seen. I now have learned my lesson to never use my debit card to order anything again. Please pass the word not to order from this company unless you are prepared to spend that much money.
