I warn you to not purchase, subscribe or trial any of the Acai Slim/Max or Pure Detox or Colon Cleanse products.
I 'trialed' these products which were advertised and ordered together. If you read the T&C's regarding these products once you enter your bank/credit card details to pay Postage and Handling they then have your details forever to charge as they see fit. You will be charged approximately every 15-30 days for a re-newel product, even thought you will not receive it. The funds will automatically be debited from your account without your permission as you have agreed to their T&C's.
To cancel you must contact the relevant company, of which there are approximately 100 operating and selling the same products, making it harder for you to track where your original order went, within 15 days to cancel any future orders and return the goods within 30days to receive a refund.
I followed their T&C's to very fine detail and am still chasing over $300.00 AUD in unauthorized charges applied to my account relating to these products. I cancelled within the required period and returned the full trial products. I am now being charged from an unknown company, as no one can find my original order, for products I never received. I have tried many numbers from many sites, and even when I do make contact, no one can find my order, account or payment details.

If you have been caught by this clever and deceitful offer I urge you to attempt what I have listed above and hopefully you will have better luck than I have in reclaiming your funds.

You may notice the links are now disabled on many sites. Meaning they have moved on from there, changing the name of the company and/or product. - Making it very difficult to track your original order (like me) especially if you sent everything back to the company (which they suggested to do)

My original Order was made on Nov 23rd 2009 Order #--------.

I cancelled my order on Nov 25th for all products associated with Acai Slim, Max, Powder, Pure Detox, Colon Cleanse or any other affiliated product from any of the many company names or links. I was issued with a cancellation #------ by phone and confirmed that this was sufficient for ALL products - Acai Burn + Acai Detox or Colon Cleanse ... I was also informed that to ensure I would not be charged for an additional months supply provided I cancelled my order within 15days of the original purchase, which I did. I was also instructed to return the orginal trial order to PO Box 4440 MILPERRA BC NSW 1891 AUSTRALIA within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, which I did. I sent BOTH bottles back to this address, as directed to do so. I lodged Registered Post for the goods I returned to the company(s) and have confirmation that it was collected on Dec 9th 2009. (This is well inside the guarantee period). I have since been incorrectly charged for additional products which I do not want & have not even received, by two separate company names. I have logged these charges as disputes with my bank and will be pursuing this to the FULL extent of the LAW. I have recorded every interation I have had with the company(s) and I am fully confident I have adhered to the correct procedure to cancel and orders, as directed by their Customer Service staff. I have also returned both TRIAL packs originally sent to me to the address listed above. Therefore the company(s) have ILLEGALLY charged me for products that have not been sent to me and that should have been cancelled as directed by me.
I expect a full refund for the charges listed below;

1. You may receive a refund of any Product that you ordered up to thirty (30) days after your order is placed.
2. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective.
