Acai Pure Detox/Colon Cleanse XR Reviews

Unauthorised transaction from Credit Card
I ordered a free trial product through a website link on MSN Messenger. Offered was a Free Trial of the two products mentioned above. The product still has not arrived and I have had the postage for the products deducted from my Credit Card of $13.10/product which is fine BUT there is also two further deductions of $130.83/product with a total of $287.86 deducted. This is absolutely gutting as this is a company Credit Card & will now more than likely cost me my job! So on top of this deduction I will lose $100.000/annum job and possibly my house. I am the father of 3 children ranging from 14yrs to 9 months & the effect of this is huge. These people need to be brought to justice before they cripple more innocent people!

30 Day Offer changed
I was sent an E-mail offer to try two products for 30 days. Acai Pure Detox and Colon Cleanse XR The first product arrived. I called and asked if the company got my order because I had ordered the combination as advertised for detoxification and weight loss. They told me it should arrive in a few days. It was at this point that I asked about if I were trying both products as advertised when would my 30-day trial start. I was told that I had 30 days from the time the product arrived. The second product arrived 5 days later. I tried both products for about 25 days then I called to Cx the first product that arrived on the 16th of December. I thought that I would continue with the second product for another 5 days just to see if anything would change. Then on the 15 of January I received in the mail another 30-day supply of product. I called and told them that I did not want the product I had not ordered or requested the product and that the product did not do anything that it had been advertised to do. I was then told that their web site stated that I did not have a 30-day trial but a 14-day trial and the trial period started on the day I ordered the product and not the day the product arrived at my home. I told them that this was very misleading and a scam. I stated how can a consumer be given a trial period to try a product that advertises colon detoxification and weight loss and see any results if you only are given a 14 day trial and the trial starts on the day you order the product and not the day that the product actually arrives? In my case if I ordered the product on the 13th of December and the second half of the product arrived on the 21st of December nine days later, that would give me only 5days to trial the product. I asked does that make any sense to a reasonable person. If their company did business like that then they truly are un- reputable, deceiving and totally misleading to the consumer. I asked to talk to a supervisor who told me to go to the web site and read the offer. I told her I did order from the web site that I had received an e-mail offer and the web site was different that the original e-mail offer. It was then I searched for the original e-mail offer that is nowhere to be found that states a 30 trial with no obligation to continue. So obviously this company is running different sites both opposite to the main to suck customers into trying their product and then using the main web site that states something different. What a scam. Still exploring for more information I ran into this site that has many consumers complaining about deceit and fraudulent practices. The supervisor also mentioned that even though I received an e-mail offer as I placed my order the site directed me to another site that stated different information. A true bait and switch. I plan to contact my bank and CC department and pass this report and complaint on to the BBB and Attorney General of my State. This is one of the most deceitful offers I have come across. Please add my complaint to your site so that any other consumers who my have fallen victim to this companies business practices can print out all of the complaints that all say the same thing, and send them to their CC companies so the CC companies can see this is not a reputable company. This should constitute a consumer protection violation.

Fraud
Same thing has happened to me. They submitted the charges on my bank account for the free trial to be a club membership fee! Ha...it was to cover the S&H for the "free" product!
DON'T DO IT!

I even got to this product from a MAJOR NEWS Company article - tested and tried by the reporter - what a LIE! The link was even through the Major News Company!

I have searched for the company's phone number on the internet and it does not come up. So the only thing is to rely on my bank to handle it.

Free Trial/Unauthorized Bank Withdrawal
Read an article about Acia Pure Detox and Colon Cleanse XR, in which I found interesting and because it claimed to have a free trail with no further oblication. I though I'd give it a try. I read it over a few times to make sure that I wasn't missing anything. There was a shipping fee of $4.95 per product. Which I paid for. Imeaditaly after paying for my purchase, a page popped up and said with coupon code I could get my shipping for $1.99. So I tried to find a number to call or a way to ask if I could change the shipping amount. But I was could no longer get back to the original site. Then I kept checking my e-mail for a conformation, because they said I would receive one in a few minutes. But never got one. I wasn't even sure if I would really get my products. But they did come. Opened and did receive product, but there was no packing slip, or instructions on how to use. No disclaimer saying that if I wasn't satisfied to cancel within 14 days or my account would be charged $83.95. I called the company, and then they kept telling me that there was a disclaimer and that I could not get a refund. I told them that I am not a stupid person. That I read what they had on the advertizement and if it had said that I had further oblication, I would not have ordered. I told them that I'd be reporting them to the Better Business Beaure, and by accident my 2 year old Grandson unplugged the phone. The company called me back and offered me $20.00, which is a joke, but I figured they were trying to cover themselves. I now have a dispute pending with my Bank, as the $83.95 was still pending. I do not plan on just letting this go. I advise not ordering from this company, because the products are worthless.
