I signed up to get the "free trial offer" and discovered that when I submitted my request, along with the required credit card number, a box had been checked saying I agreed to pay for another product. When I tried to cancel my order, I was informed that no cancellations were allowed and that I had to return the unused portion to get a refund. After I received the products and tried them for the 10 day trial period, I then received another order. I immediately emailed and cancelled any participation I had with this company and asked for a return number to return the products. I was given such a number on 2/4/09. it was RMA TK020309. I returned the unopened and open products as directed and paid for shipping to the address given. However, I have not recieved a refund for the 1/15/09 $39.95 initial charge or the $44.90 second charge. I have emailed numerous times asking when I would recived my refund and never received a response.
Today I called and was told that they never received the package and that I couldn't get a refund because I did not have delivery confirmation. The customer representative was extremely rude. On their refund instruction letter, there was no indication that I had to have a delivery confirmation.
I want my refund for the $39.95 and j$44.90 immediately.
