Refund
I ordered the free trial offer in April and decided within the timeframe given that I did not want this product and cancelled. Well, this company charged my credit card and it is now July and the issue has STILL not been resolved! I am still waiting for the credit to my account. I will never do this again with this company or any other crap offers!

ripped off - charged way too much
Tried this product and did not cancel. Was charged $127.+
and told I'd receive as many bottles as I wanted, Free.
However, when I tried to order more, the shipping and handling charge was $12.95 for EACH bottle. When I complained, all I got was the form letter.

I purchased Acai Pure capsules (assistance for weight loss) on trial on-line with which I used my credit card. I decided to return the product and in the mean time they sent me another package which I also returned. I emailed the customer support dept to say I returned the items and wanted a refund. I also emailed proof that I had mailed the items back. This was back in June 2009. Still to this day I have not received the refund back to my credit card. I have been constantly emailing customer support and keep getting told that the refund was done and my account is closed. I am at my wits end.

Free trial?
Not even!
I NEVER agreed to 149.95 charge, and if I had KNOWN about it, I would not have agreed or agreed to a FREE trial!
I am a college student! I cannot afford this! There was NO fine print or reason to believe I would be charged some unknown price!
In FACT! I believe it said, FREE! No Hidden Fees!
Do not purchase this product! It is a MAJOR scam! Lets hope to God the bank will help me with this or I will not even be able to afford groceries for the month!

Don't buy this product, even the 15 day free offer!
First of all the product doesn't work, at all...complete scam. Second of all if you don't pay for shipping and handling and send it back within the 15 day offer they'll take money out of your account to pay for the entire bottle. It's a total scam...don't buy this product!! Don't even do teh 15 day free trial...SCAM!! Beware!!! Rip-off!!!

SCAM
Same issues as all of the rest - ordered sample and got charged $120 with additional orders shipped without my OK and now have charges of $265 pending. I place 5 calls to Custotmer Care and even spoke with manager and got no resolve. This is a big scam and needs to be stopped.

Free trial scam
Somehow I was sent a "free trial" of this product along with the Advanced Cleanse and Celebritiy Teeth whitener. I was charged $.99 for each item on my credit card for s&h, however I NEVER placed this order. I don't know how they got my information, but I've had to cancel my credit card. I called the co to investigate and they canceled future orders (that would have been charged and shipped automatically). Of course they take no blame and said I should open an official police investigation...

over charged
I ordered Acai Pure and was dissatisfied with product. My credit card was charge right away before i received the produce. I called to cancel and was told I didnt have to send the remaing pills back but was later contacted by a collections agency saying that I owed 100.00. I filed a complaint with BB with no resolution. I cant speak with a manager or get the owner of the companies name. I will never order anything off line like that again
