I PLACED AN ORDER 1/9/09 FOR A FREE TRAIL OF ACAI AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THE ORDER SINCE BECAUSE OF MEDICAL REASON I CAN NOT USE THE PRODUCT. PLEASE NOTIFY ME HOW TO HAND THIS AT MY E-MAIL ADDRESS OR CALL ME AT THE ABOVE NUMBERS AND E-MAIL ADDRESS.

Just like so many others, I have become a victim of my money going into their pockets very quickly, but stopping the avalanche of unwanted deliveries and charges to my charge card (still uncredited) is taking forever!!

So, call us all crazy for not reading the fine print, but they can't explain away why they send you more product than you ask for (I didn't receive just the free trial I requested for nothing more than the cost of s/h ($5.95) -- they wrapped that little bundle up with additional produce and a cost to me of $44+). Outrageous!

Somehow I got luckier than most and actually got a customer service person on the phone after receiving this surprise bundle of goods. I was given a return shipment number and told that my charge card would be credited and no more shipments would be sent. Well, surprise !!! Another shipment just came and now the waiting line on the toll free customer service line is 30 minutes -- yeah right. Make that an hour -- maybe even more. I couldn't stay on the line long enough to get to my turn.

While I can't say that they intentionally set out to snag everyone's money (that would be just plain stupid since Oprah knows where they live, so to speak), I will say that they have a lot to answer up for and a lot of people breathing down their necks for justice.

Just like the others here, I got totally screwed out of $39.95 for a product that does NOTHING!

I ordered the product and used it as directed for the two wek trial period. NOTHING happened.

I canceled my membership and was then charged 39.95. I called several times to get the charge refunded and was faced with waits of at least 90 minutes every time! I have 4 small children and no time to sit on the phone for who-knows-how-long for a person to answer! I finally reached a person and was told that the "return" period had ended. What? I was supposed to RETURN it? I was NEVER TOLD this... In fact- there was nothing in the box but my shipping address, and they make no exceptions.

I had to fight with the customer service person JUST to get him to transfer me to a supervisor. When I spoke with this so-called supervisor- She said she is "the highest" person in the customer service department- but when I asked for the last name of the first CS person- she said he is the ONLY Kile in the company. NO WONDER they can't answer the phone- they have only a handful of CS reps handling the WHOLE world's sales- or I guess I should say RETURNS!

I was really hopeful for this product to work, & I got totally scammed- DON"T DO IT!

I TOO ORDERED THE ACAI PURE PRODUCT FOR 4.95 AND LATER WAS BILLED ON MY ACOUNT FOR 44.95 TWICE AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH THE COMPANY. I AM CALLING THEM AGAIN AND ON HOLD FOR 60.25 SECONDS OR SO THE OPERATER SAYS. IF I GET NO RESPONSE THEN I WILL HAVE A STOP PAYMENT FROM MY BANK . I WILL NOT ALLOW THIS COPANY TO RIP ME OFF!!! CONTINUOUSLY !!!

I was also ripped off, the front page of the site states " We are so confident that AcaiPure is the most effective and powerful anti-oxidant cleansing product on the market today that if for any reason you do not find AcaiPure is right for you we will gladly give you a full refund, no questions asked. You have nothing to lose except the weight. Try AcaiPure today!" Nothing about a restocking fee or any other fee. FULL REFUND!!! Not the case. Call I get nothing but a machine which offers to let me leave a message then hangs up. Send email that they say will cancel membership and all you get is a reply mail that says they will contact you, they do not. I'm working with my CC company but I should not have to go through all of this when they are being deceptive. 129 $ in charges so far. These people know how much they can get away with and play you to the end. File a complaint I am... Wish I had done my normal checking before ordering, no more late night orders for me, this is just wrong, especially when times are so tough, to them this may not be much money, but for me it's a weeks groceries. Scam artists big time.
