ACAI Pure Reviews

Scam
Yes, recieved email Saying Oprah fully backed the Total Cleanse and Acai Pure products; they work. Was told you could try them for only the cost of S&H. Nothing was said about joining anything or recieving any other Shipments. I was able to recover my lost with Total Cleanse that was billed $78.84 on my card. I of course closed my card after recieving the products from Acai Pure. I was sent things I never asked for. I had the bill that came with the products that said I owed $44.85 instead of only S&H of $4.95 as told. I closed card ASAP. They were not able to take the money from me. Yet, I have called them to cancel this so called membership I had that was stated on the bill. Can not get anyone to get on the line to cancel or solve this problem. I am cut off after holding for so long. Emailed to try to get a RMA return Authorization #. No One will answer after many many attempts. Something should be done; so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Just isn't right. Thank You MaryAnn

Acai Pure free trial offer
I ordered a free trial of acai pure for the cost of shipping which was supposed to be around $1. I was sent some other things I did not order and my account was charged twice for 34.95. I tried to call the company and never could get through. After the second charge I cancelled my card and still haven't recieved a refund or a second package to explain the second charge. I took the Acai Pure for about a month and started getting terrible stomach pains. They were debilitating and I was unable to work or do anything when I was having them.At first it didn't occur to me that the supplements could be causing them. I went to my doctor a few times and he gave me stomach pills. I quit taking the supplements and haven't had the terrible pains since.

over charging
I ordered their product online and the charge was $4.99. My credit card was charged $44.90. I tried
to call them with the number listed on my credit
card and was told that there would be a 45 minute
wait to speak to a representative. The next month
I received the product again for a charge of $39.95.
I returned the product with a note to stop sending
me the product and credit my credit card account.
This did not happen. I was sent the product again
in Nov. and Dec. I now have a dispute entered with
my credit card company. They have never stopped
send me their product, never responded to my letters and I am unable to cancelled due to their heavy phone volume.

Rip Off and Unauthorized Charges
Signed up for the $1.99 trial of acai pure...they charged my account $41 plus for products I did not order. I called and they told me to keep the products for a reduced price. At that time I canceled my account and customer service said that it was canceled. Then my account was charged for a company that I had never heard of Fitfactory...I called them and canceled that. They told me that by my signing up for the trial offer of acai pure I had been automatically enrolled in Fit Factory. I canceled that as well. Now over a month later I get another $39.95 charge to my account for Acai Pure. When I called the customer service they said that I was out of luck and that that was just the final payment for the trial offer. When I told them that I had canceled my account, I was told that it didn't matter, they were not going to reverse the charges. I asked her if I sent back the product would they reverse the charges and she said no...that I only had 14 days to send it back from the time that I recieved it. This is a very corrupt company and I really hope that I have seen the last of the unauthorized charges to my account, but I doubt it.

overcharge
I also was overcharged when I ordered a trial sample. Tryed to cancel by phone always busy, tryed to cancel e-mail no response. Also received next shipment of pills three weeks after my credit card was billed. Had finished first set of pills two weeks before next shipment, What's the purpose of trying this product if you run out. I've been charged three times for two sets of pills. I'm trying to send back the last shipment as I'm typing this. Such a rip off company, would like to see this site closed down.

Charged for Items not ordered
I ordered a free trail of Acai Pure and was sent 2 additional items and charged for them. Then was unknowingly enrolled into a product Lifestyle Program where I am to receive 1 unit of Acai Pure each month. I did not sign up for for any program only wanted free trail. I have since received a second order of Acai Pure. I am being asked to pay a 15% restocking fee. This is bull.

unwanted charges
I like may others fell prey to the trial offer to try the Acai Pure as seen on the Oprah show. About a month later I saw a charge on my account from the Fit Factory for $29.95. I immediately called my bank and they are acting on their end. I was also given a phone number for the Fit Factory. I was able to call them and they cancelled the order and any future orders. It was pretty easy and they did not argue with me. Good luck!

debit charges after ordering 4.95 trial
$4.95 trial guaranteed money back. Yeah right, I ordered on 11/06/08 charged 4.95 received the bottle. I was charged $39.95 on 12/11/08 and also 44.90 on 12/16/08 . Never received or wanted whatever that charge was for but i want my money back and I and every other person that has dealt with this scam don't let it go let others know. The Company also goes by a Arizona address. Just for info I don't usually buy or search sites I found this on my welcome screen on my google welcome start up screen which is supposed to be safer advertisement. Kerri Vallee Westport Mass.

false advertising
Ordered the product for a trial offer. Only suppose to pay a shipping fee of 4.95. After reading the fine print they only give you a 14day trial and when you try to call to return the product, no one will answer the call. My account was charged 44.90. False advertising and a BIG SCAM. What do we do?
