DONT BUY OR ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I went to get my FREE Trial and throughout the process i must have been put through at least 5 sites! I looked on my charge and was charged $twenty something dollars when it was supposed to be free! Thats not it! The next month i looked at my bank statement and i was charged 29.95 from another company that also got my ino from acai pure. THEN this month i get charged 39.95 from acai pure becuase it was the remaining fee from my FREE bottle. i have called almost everyday and the people are EXTREMLY RUDE. You wait AT LEAST 30 MINUTES to get through and then they just say there is nothing they can do. I am sooooo dissapointed and if i had more time on my hands then i would push a law suit. Please NOBODY SUPPORT THIS ONLINE SCAM. The product prob doesnt even work.

I ordered product 11/19/08. According their Terms and Conditionals page I was to be billed $1.00 plus $4.95 product for a trial period of 15 days. I was immediately billed 11/19/08 for $44.85. I could not get through to the 888--692-8352. I tried for days and the wait was always 45 minutes or more. I sent an email canceling 11/21/08. No response. I finally waited online 1 hour and 15 minutes. Spoke to a rep who would only adjust $20.00. I finally gave in once he assured me he canceled my subscription. Too tired to argue. Today, 12/30/08 checked my Mastercard and they have billed another 39.95. How can we stop this from further billing. I am afraid the guy didn't cancel and I will be stuck again.

THEY FALSELY ADVERTISED "FREE SAMPLE" THEN SENT THE SAMPLE WITH TWO OTHER PRODUCTS AND CHARGED ME 45.90. THEN THEY DEBITED MY CARD THE NEXT MONTH AND SENT ANOTHER SUPPLY.

I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED EVEN THOUGH I RETURNED PRODUCT TWO - THREE WEEKS AGO.

I received one unit of Acai Pure approximately 10 days ago which was charged to my credit card. Immediately upon receipt, I sent an email requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization number from your Customer Care. Your instructions indicated that I would receive the RMA or at least a response within 24 to 48 hours. As of this date, I have not received an RMA or even a response.

I have also tried calling the toll free telephone support number (1 888 692-8352), but have not been able to make a connection even after holding for approximately one hour.

This is either a fraudulent scam or a very poorly run business where you shield yourself from contact as you continue to charge me.

I heard about this scam AFTER I ordered the free trial. I am positive that I didn't check anything committing me to a monthly membership as I always look for this when ordering from unknown sites. Still, I received a charge today on my credit card for $39.99. Ridiculous!!! I am going to cancel my cc so they can't submit another unauthorized charge and will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
