unwanted order
Trial order was supposed to be $4.95, was $44.00. Now they are sending unwanted orders for $44.00 and charging my card without authorization.

Sent and charged for item not ordered
I sent off for free item and I was to pay 1.99 shipping. However I received an additional item and chared for it. Now 1 month later the - - company sent me another item and billed my credit card for 44.90. Enough is enough !! To me this is outright theft !! Someone needs to look into this matter. Think I'll call Better Business and see what they tell me and connect with my credit card to see what steps they want to do. Maybe nothing, then again who knows. I can make sure that they don't charge anymore to my acct.

refund
I ordered Acai as a trial bases this was a free trial and called to make sure you would not debit my acct so I cancel the request and you sent it any way and debited my acct and I "m demanding a full refund of $ 44.90 to my account and do not want you to debit my account again. So please do not send me anymore of your products

Acai Pure Dietary Supplement
This company is a total rip off!!! I went on-line to try the free trail size of Acai Pure for the shipping price of $1.95. They also sent me a pak of Hoodiburst Gum at $ 9.95 & a unit of Hoodiawater at $ 29.95 that was not mention in the add. I am furious about this because they have charge my card for $ 41.85!!! I have contacted my bank too stop them from charging me for anything else. I have also tried calling them to receive a RMA # to send this crap back, but they have you on hold for the longest, it's impossible to talk to anyone. I HIGHLY suggest that NO ONE try this product. I will be reporting them too the Better Business Bureau here in Charlotte, N.C!!!

Charged $39.95 more than stated
Free trial of Acai Pure offered at $4.95. Product was sent, and my bank account was charged the $4.95, but then 20 days later a charge of $39.95 appeared on my bank statement. The number is busy when trying to dial and issue a formal complaint and get my money back. What a scam!!!

Charged for Product not ordered
I ordered a trial of Acai Pure which cost $9.95 shipping and handling. Now I have been charge $39.95 on my credit for something that I have never order or received. I want a credit for the $39.95 on my credit care and I want it now!

I have been charged 3 times for this product I only received one bottle. I have tryed to cancel yet I still continue to be charged.

Charged for items not purchased and more
In addition to the "free sample", I received multiple other full size products which I was charged $49 plus shipping and handling. I returned all products within 2 days of receipt (at my expense) but when my credit card statement came, I noticed they had already charged me for the next shipment which I NEVER received and it was after I had already cancelled my "membership".

they said i did not return item
I returned the item with a delivery confirmation but the post office said with that many returns that sometimes not all of them get scaned into the system. Make sure you insure your package for the 80 bucks. That is the only way you will get your money back. I made the mistake of only getting the confirmation number and the post office will not stand behind it. Acui Pure will not admit to recieving the package. The post office will pay you for your package if they mess up.

sent unordered products
received an unordered bottle several months after ordering a trial product. When I went to call the company I was told the waite would be 45 minutes + and when I went to website I wasn't able to access the support line. If I return this product, which was never ordered in the first place, I must pay a 15% restocking fee. Am going to notify my credit card company to see if I can put a hold on this company so they never do this to me again.
