continued credit card charges after cancellation
After receiving my free trial of Acai Pure for $4.95, I continued to receive this product and my credit card automatically billed $44.90. Upon receiving this item, I called customer service to cancel & was on hold for 10 minutes & then disconnected. My next wait time was over 30 minutes. I was told, by Dawn, that the restocking fee would be waived, gave me an RMA # & had to go back to the post office & pay for the package & shipping/handling cost to return it. NOT THE END!!! I received ANOTHER shipment of this &, again, called with a 55 minute hold time! William told me that he saw I had cancelled the product. I should have just said that I'm keeping the product & to remove the charge from my card. He told me to just "return to sender" but my PO mistress said that i still need to pay to have it returned. I am FURIOUS about this SCAM and can see, from numerous other complaints, that i am not alone!

POOR customer service
I ordered the free trial and was signed up and charged by three companies. I luckly was able to get ahold of every company except the company that deals with Acai Pure. These people are rediculous! I have sent emails and have called and help for over an hour twice only to be disconnected before anyone ever came on the phone! They have terrible wait times and that is just not acceptable! I have been charged for not only the trial shipping, but for the entire product and have never even recieved the item. Isn't there any service that can be contacted to investigate these people? This is ridiculous!

Overcharge/Continued charges/No refund
I also received the additional products and called to get a return authorization to send it ALL back. I also asked for a refund of the $41.85 I was charged. That was in September. I also canceled any further shipments. I just received my November charge card statement. Not only did they NOT refund the $41.85 but they also charged my account for $39.95 for products I never received. The Customer Service number recording informs you that due to the "popularity" of their products that your wait time to talk to a customer service representative is [80 minutes, 42 seconds]. I believe this is a tactic used to wear down the caller.
These people should be shut down!

Being Charged and Not Recieving Product
I'm dealing with the rest of the complaints on this Board. I was charged the Day After 11/12, I ordered the product and still have recieved NOTHING 11/26.
I HAVE FORWARDED THIS TO THE STATE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS DIVISION WITH ALL THE WEBSITE "FAQ'S" AND PROOF FROM AN EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY AS WELL.
I''M BEING ADVISED OF AN ATTY FOR A LEGAL CIVIL CLASS ACTION SUIT, CHARGES OF THEFT & BREACH OF CONTRACT STATED IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN THIS IS A DISGRACE!!!

Charged for Bottle Not Ordered
I ordered a trial bottle of Acai Pure Trial for $4.95. Nothing was mentioned about another shipment of this product, now today, my credit card has been charged $39.95 for another bottle of Acai Pure. I did not order this and I do not want this charged to my credit card.
I called the phone number for the so called company, but you never speak to a "Real Person". I left all the information on a voice message.
This is a terrible product and company.

i was also charged for products i was not given and their free trial is bull shit cuz after i cancelled the product i was still charged for the full price!!! i also had piggy back companies that got on board and began charging my bank account with out my permission!!!

OVERCHARGE
This company rips you off. I ordered a "free sample" and was to only pay the $1.99 shipping and handling. Weeks later I received product I didn't order and my account was charged $44.95. I called and could never get through to a representative. I used the online cancel order process and sent a cancellation email. A month later my account was charged another $39.95. I have spent hours on "hold" and have still not been able to speak with anyone. I again, sent an email and left an automated phone message to cancel any future orders and requested a full refund. There has been no response and no refund. Do not use this company!

ripoff
i ordered a free sample and was only suppose to pay shipping and handling. i received 3 different products and was charged $44.95. Now I received a 2nd order which I did not request and was billed an additional $44.90. They will not answer the phone. i will file a lawsuit today against this company for false advertising and deceptive trade.

I was over charged for ACAI Pure. I agreed to pay $4.95 for a trial bottle, and then 3 weeks later was billed an additional $39.95 on Nov 12, 2008. For what I am not sure. Nothing else ever arrived in the mail. Can you help me resolve this and refund my mondy?
