I ordered the acai capsules on Sept, 20, 2009 and ended up getting
the colopure capsules and liquid hoodia water. They had already
taken the money out of my credit cards, so I decided to try it all.
I ended up sending them back and got a partial refund and full
refund on another. I didn't get anything on the one order they had
taken $49.97 out for. I keep calling and they just keep telling me
it's showing it's in progress and this has been going on for several
months. I am really getting frustrated, as I keep checking my
credit card account like they told me to and still nothing. I'm wondering if I should get ahold of my credit card, and see what I
should do, dispute the transaction or what! I think it's been long
enough. It really upsets me the way the whole thing was handeled
way...

I tried this product along with coloncleanseXRand after a month received no results!It did not shrink my abdominal area, reduce my weight or reduce my appetite!When I called the company to complain the person who answered obviously had no medical knowledge basically sd Ho Hum!!Do you want me to cancel/he obviously was only a salesperson stooge!

I called this co. about a week ago to cancel they told me they canceled it Today I get another bottle and the price is higher. I dont want want it please stop sending your product and stop billing me I just cant afford it all I wanted was to try the product wow what a mess it has become.

After ordering the $ 4.95 product which was advertised I now got a bill of $ 64.90 for the product. This is a scam and I will report it o the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and also call my credit card company to have this charge removed. I am waiting for the company to send me an RMA # so that I can return this product. They have no # you can call to get this taken care of immediately. Their return policy site says it will take 48 hours to get a RMA #. I really want to believe that is will really happen in 48 hours. This company should be closed down for the false advertising. Not buy this product go to the health food store near your home and buy the product you need from there instead.

Same as with other victims. I ordered a bottle of acai from acai pure's website http://www.acaipuredetox.com/?co=1&aff=49&subid=2-s59--VG1main--r, had an allergic reaction to it, called & e-mailed the company canceling further orders. I was told not to worry and because I had had an allergic reaction, I would not even need to mail them the bottle. WRONG! After SEVEN months (!) I received an unrequested e-mail from a belligerent and rude ms. Kathie Collins letting me know I owed the company and that she was going to forward my "bill" to a collection agency. I am filling a complain with the FBI & their online crimes. This is INSANE and they should NOT get away with it! The U.S. economy is not at its best right now. With hard work and honest citizens, this country can and with the grace of God, will rise again; though not with companies such as Acai Pure, trying to exploit people’s naiveté, or with workers like Ms Collins, who try to get ahead in life by maltreating or harassing others.
