This is a completely bogus company that needs to be shut down. They are using people's names like Oprah and Rachael Ray to get people to buy their crappy product and then we are getting duped into this endless cycle of billing charges for things that haven't even been sent. I even read the fine print and ordered on 11/18 with the supposedly risk-free trial - well, it was supposed to start after receipt of the product with another 14 days elapsing before being charged the full amount - I have not even received my order and they charged my card. I am currently on hold with a waiting time of 80 minutes but i refuse to be taken for a ride by these crooks so I am waiting! I wonder what Oprah and Rachel Ray would say about their names being used to rip of thousands of people? Contact your local news and expose this company!!! Better yet, close your card and prevent them from being able top auto-bill you! This is totally BOGUS!

I applied for a free trial and called in to cancel any further charges on my account and yet I was still charged $39.95 and then called the customer toll free line only to be met with an automated response that I would have to wait 59 minutes to be put throgh to a human being.

This is an abuse of the consumer and should be shut down.

Please make sure no-one else is taken advantage of in the same manner.

Ordered "Free Trial for $ 1.99 shipping", never received the free sample, but found that my credit card has been charged for $ 41.85.
Sent an email to ask for refund and I will try to stop charge on my credit card.

I was charged $41.85 on my card. I thought I was purchasing a great product endorsed by by Oprah, and it is all a scam. I wish I had seen this site prior to purchasing these items

This site charged my card $41.85 and it was suppose to be for $4.95. Now, I have to go thru a bunch of changes to get this settled. Acai Pure, you should be ashame of what you are doing that want to believe in your product. You can get more business by living up to your promise.
