Unfair business practices
I ordered Acai pure as a trial for 4.95 online on 11/13/08. Before I could complete the transaction to tell them where to ship the product, we were cut off. They billed me anyway and would not respond to their 800# or two e-mails that I sent. My Chase credit card is handling this and have told me that it is being handled with the business bureau. I hope that companies like this are stopped.

cancelled order
Cancelled order and received Acai Pure Trial with Gum and Water for $41.95. This was not authorized and am returning same unopened. I demand a credit on my credit card and intend to have all Boston TV chanels include your company exposed as scam, Also, the phone number you listed is never available. Wonder why??? Complaints most likely.

Unable to contact company to get (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
I ordered & received their product "Acai Pure" and it was a trail bottle. I was billed $4.95 for shipping and handling.
I tried the product and found I noticed no difference, I then received a second bottle and am being bill $44.90, this showed an order date of 10/26/2008. I looked at my credit card statement and found I was billed $39.95 on 10/10/2008. How could I be billed for something that no order was processed until 10/26/2008. Have not received my new statement yet to see if this one has a $44.90 charge. I called the company and was told I would receive no further shipments, however, I was not able to get through to get a (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so I can send this second bottle back. When I try to get through to them, I was told there would be a 80 minute and 39 second wait. I was hoping to contact them on line at the above e-mail address and I got this site insead.

over chareged
I only agreed to pay 4.95 dollars for shipping and was charged 44.95. I have called my bank, cancelled my card. This is awful, I will never order anything online again. I am hoping I can get my money back. They should be taken off the internet. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. And they even use Oprah's name to sell it, she should be made aware of this and sue them.

Charges not authorized; no product received
I ordered and received the Trial order and was charged $4.95.
Then, later Acai Pure entered another charge of $39.95 to my charge card. I did not request further order or items from Acai Pure; I did not receive any additional product however, the charge has been made to my charge account.
I hope that Acai Pure is STOPPED from this dishonest manner of doing business.

FRAUD
MY COMPLAINT IS THE ABSOLUTE SAME AS MANY OTHERS. I ORDERED THE FREE TRAIL AND RECEIVED UNWANTED MERCHANDISE TODAY . I CHECKED MY A/C AND FOUND THAT I TOO WAS CHAARGED $44.85. I ALSO HAVE TRIED TO CALL WITH THE SAME RESULTS AS EVERYONE ELSE. HAS ANYONE BE SUCCESSFUL IN DEALING WITH THIS FRAUD AND, IF SO, PLEASE SHARE HOW YOU DID IT. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA AS TO HOW TO PROCEED FROM HERE.

Return Merchandise Authorization
I have made several attempts to contact the customer service department by phone. Finally after holding on the line for almost 1-1/2 hour, a representative finally picked up. When he said that the company recommended that you try the product for 2 months and I informed him I was not interested, he hung up on me. Of course, I called back for a recording to state that the wait time is now 71 minutes and some-odd seconds. Obviously, Central Coast Nutraceuticals is not interested in you returning their product. They just want your credit card number so they can continue to charge you for a product you don't want. Something has to be done about this type of scam!

Overcharge non-received product
As with all of the others who are listing complaints against this company, I have the same complaint. They are charging my account without my authorization. I have not received any product past my free trial. They do not answer their customer service line, and do not respond to emails. My bank says the only way to stop the charges is to completely cancel my debit card.

I ordered a trial offer for 4.95 . when I got my bill they charged me with 2 products I have never even heard of !! One for 9.95 then one for 29.95.When I called the phone #, it was the wrong # on the bill.I don' t won't anything to do with this company .I'm sending the products back, and I want my money returnd.Thank Y.ou
